I was told this too.No they said they will not open to the public going forward
You have a great relationship with your SA. Just ask her. (IMO let her know it’s on your radar asap, bc it may take a while) For everyone, it’s different.I just received my first Kelly 28 from Meatpacking store. I have an amazing SA and pretty decent purchase history not VIP but items from different categories. Now I’m dying to get a MiniKelly so I’m asking you ladies I should ask my SA about this or wait. I don’t want to be pushy or greedy. What are the chances to get mini K at this point? Need your opinion![]()
Thanks for your response yes I’m thinking to ask mini K for my birthday in December who knowsYou have a great relationship with your SA. Just ask her. (IMO let her know it’s on your radar asap, bc it may take a while) For everyone, it’s different.![]()

ETA: @rkys12 , as per your post below, whether your SA can produce a mini K in time for a special event in December is not entirely up to them, but the SM. Other longer standing clients may be waiting for their bags and supply may be limited. This is a reason to inform your SA sooner rather than later, but also a reminder some patience may be needed. I personally feel that I get the nicest offers when my SA knows my taste, but I leave the rest to chance.![]()
Can you make an appointment to go in to Madison? Maybe visiting your SA in store will give them more motivation to make something on your wishlist available by your appointment. If not, you could go over your wishlist again with your SA during your appointment just to “refresh” their memory in hopes that they’ll keep you in mind in the near future. Some advice wanted (and I even hate to post this). I’m at 2.5:1, 90% fine jewelry, 5% shoes, 5% everything else (equestrian, beauty etc., no leather). I mentioned a B30 (preferred) or K25 at 1:1 and haven’t said much since. Working w this SA semi-remotely, semi-in person for 9 months after a switch from a far store after my SA left and her replacement never replied to any message. Had a really positive previous relationship and know I know I’m not anywhere near VIP at Madison, but I feel like I’m not getting anywhere and wondered what you all thought about my situation. My SA offered me a Bearn wallet once but I didn’t refused that as I don’t wear wallets. That’s probably the only proactive suggestion. Everything else, I’m sourcing and requesting. I’m probably just too into my feelings at moment, but after no word about the opening and seeing all the beauty sale purchases I’m feeling some sort of way.
Thanks. You’re right. I’ll likely go next month. I just hope I’m not being punished for switching stores. Can you make an appointment to go in to Madison? I totally get feeling a little frustrated or anxious after seeing so many amazing offers after the Madison opening. I felt similarly and had to remind myself not to compare and to be patientoptimistic thinking is that since you’re at a higher spend ratio maybe you will get something extra special!
+1 with @nostalgists . The SAs prioritize clients who come into the storesemi-remotely, semi-in person for 9 month
Does your new SA know that you have actually switched stores. Be cause if you havent been coming into the store to shop in person, that message may not have sunken in.Thanks. You’re right. I’ll likely go next month. I just hope I’m not being punished for switching stores.
If your goal is a QB then I would wait to purchase items until you have an SA. Your SA will be the one advocating for you to the SM for a QB so you want a good relationship and purchase history with the SA at Madison.I've gone to the new Madison store a few times but haven't been able to find an SA yet. Everyone that's helped me so far has been from a different store that flew into to help with the influx of clients. In the meantime, does it still make sense to keep purchasing little things to build up my prespend or wait until I am able to meet with one of the actual Madison SAs. I know they are very busy at the moment.
Oh yes. I’ve basically only shopped in store (4x) but charge sent a jewelry piece that wasn’t available and ordered another pair of earrings for direct mailing after my SA reached out to tell me it was the past pair available in North America. I suppose it’s a good sign my SA remembered I wanted those earrings. I wear them almost every day.Does your new SA know that you have actually switched stores. @christiancheung , welcome. I recommend that you make an appt with one of the local SAs if possible. If you see stuff you like, buy it. i don’t think waiting for an SA really matters. prespend is tied to a boutique not an SA. But, if your main goal is prespend for a QB, for a new client at Madison, it may be a very long and expensive road ahead.

Thanks for the advice! Honestly am not in a hurry but looking to procure a Mini Lindy for my mom within the next few years, so I'm just trying to build a profile and buy things that I like along the way.If your goal is a QB then I would wait to purchase items until you have an SA.
