Just be polite and, if you want to further educate the SA as to your taste, say why.
you can also say that you thought you would love it, but in person, it’s not doing it for you.
an SA would prefers immediate honesty to trying to return something or resell.
(however. If you have to return something, try to return to the SA and store asap so they have a chance to resell)

i wouldve been fine drinking from a disposable cup but surprised it came in a wonderful presentation.
Also i heard one of the “bouncer” like guy
(he cute btw) also offering a drink to people who were sitting on the couch. Im impressed so far.

they didnt wanna sell me anything in the kelly, birkin, constance range including wocs because it is not my home store. I didnt even bother to make a wishlist. The only silhouette i liked outside of the BKC range is a mini 24-24. I had to enumerate the colors that i want but i was only offered gold. Pass! Im sure someone else will be happy with that bag but im not here to buy a bag for the sake of buying a bag.I’ll just stick to my homestore lol. Home is where the heart is.
Now off to get some hot ramen in times square
I’ll be going to NYC during thanksgiving week, really hope I can score either a mini Evelyne or Picotin in neutral color.
Today the store was quite busy, all the SAs were exhausted. The top floor with the bags was by appointment only, but there was a young lady on the staircase leading up with an iPad making appointments and the wait wasn't too long. They said it was for crowd control, everyone wants to see the bags on display.
How long was the wait from outside to get into the store? Also were they still offering champagne coffee etc?
There is no wait from outside. There is inside, for the leather appointments.
I don't know about the morning, in the afternoon there was no line, but there was a slight drizzle, so maybe the rain kept people out.
Planning to drop in tomorrow afternoon, I see the online appointment system isn’t open yet? Or maybe because it’s still early I’ll check again in a few hours.
Sounds like based on everyone’s experience I should be able to walk in and wait for an appointment to meet a SA?
I’d be so grateful if someone would be generous to introduce their lovely SAs to me. First time in the NYC store (even though I’ve lived here for almost 10 years)
