Same. My Hermes Receipt from NYC also has Hermes stamped logo on the paperNot commenting on the authenticity of the receipt, just noting that it is not US based receipt format.
Men's still offers both MtM and full custom; they'll also customize RTW for you - for instance DH had a bunch of cashmere sweaters made but changed small details in the design.Made to measure suits as opposed to full custom bespoke (My DH just said he didn’t think Hermes offered full bespoke, but he buys mainly brunello and doesn’t really remember

Shopping New York | Hermès Men's on Madison
A few years ago when Hermès renovated its NYC flagship it decided to exile its men's shop across the street to its very own stand-alone shop. This resulted in a first for the storied French luxury brand, the world's only Hermès men's shop. Not only is it exclusively menswear, but the shop also boastwww.acontinuouslean.com
IMO the silk scarf lining is far less important than fit. Typically whether you choose MtM or full custom depends on whether the suit models fit you or not. My DH prefers a fully finished interior with half lining bc it’s more work, but to fully line or half line depends on the weight and drape of the fabric. I’m sure many TPFers know more about this than I do. (Perhaps look at Men and their Hermes thread). https://forum.purseblog.com/threads/space-for-guys-their-hermes.377429/page-707
In NY men have a ton of bespoke choices, many of them arguably as good if not better quality
And if you want French MTM or custom shirts, I would go to Charvet paris but JMO, YMMV
This mentality is baffling to me. So you are punished if you just love H and buy stuff wherever you travel.
Good thing I am not "pre-spending" or working on my "purchase history" in order to "score" a "coveted" "quota bag."
Thank you!Madison is taking walk-ins, but it can be quite busy.
This Q is asked and answered a lot. No one really knows and no one will advise you to beat the system by selecting days or times. If you have a dedicated SA you might inquire that they directly advise you as soon as new pieces (not bags) come in that meet your style requirements.Hey all, I know this is a long shot question but I’m just wondering, I know stock is low right now but usually when do shipments come in? Everyday? Or certain days of the week? I’m contemplating on what day and time to visit the boutique right now. Thank you for any feedback.
Any SA will do. They’re all super friendly. So just go in and meet someone!Hi all, does anyone have a specific SA that they recommend? Hermes newbie here![]()
JMO, it’s hard to recommend a specific SA. All SAs are different and it’s all depends how you will connect with h/she. All of TPFers have different experience with their own SAs. Some of TPFers might have the same SA but that doesn’t necessarily mean that you will get the same experience or vice versa.Hi all, does anyone have a specific SA that they recommend?
