Hello everyone I sent a virtual appointment request to the meatpacking Hermès store for a Saturday appointment. It will be my first time shopping with this brand. Granted it’s only been a day but I have not gotten a confirmation only an email saying the request went through and the name of the random SA assigned. I think if there is no confirmation by Friday I just will not be shopping at this location. Also appreciate any advice for first time shopper. Thanks so much!
I never got an email confirmation back. You can try calling. I’ve also called Hermes customer service left them my number and they reached out to the store on my behalf

One of my friends was able to walk in and purchase a B35 for his wife! At Madison, he told them it was her birthday so that probably helped and it’s a larger size
That's awesome! I am trying to buy a evelyne tpm or picotin 18 gold for my sister's birthday!

But as a first time buyer, it is difficult

Gonna try to go to the Madison store this week and see if they have anything in stock

Hi, I bought earrings from a SA at Madison by shipment. After that, she haven’t answered to me on text massage. Is this common?
Unfortunately, yes. It seems to me that delays in responses from SAs all across the company have often increased to weeks and many times if the answer is “no” or “it’s out of stock”, the SA will just not bother to reply at all. I guess if you have 25 text message requests and only two are for items that are available, you’d spend your few free minutes between in-person customers arranging those sales rather than sending out 23 “sorry that item is completely sold out” messages.

You are right. I just wanted to know she is working on this Saturday, because I will stop by the store and buy some items. I will just hope that she works that day. Thank you for replying.

An update in case anyone is wondering about my prior post and to give some credit to the meatpacking store. I did get an email confirmation about my appointment (did someone there actually see my post haha) and had a great first shopping session today! Officially a fan!
Good to hear! And you were there on a day they were short-staffed. I may have been there the same time as you. I hope you continue to visit

You know I saw the Hermès Madison store on google maps and it says “Hermès Men’s” and assumed it only had men’s merchandise haha so I did not consider that one. But really appreciate the help!
Hermes currently has 2 stores on opposite sides of the street on Madison. The Men’s store is in a completely separate building which can be a bit inconvenient if you are interested in shopping both men’s and women’s items during the same visit. If you are headed uptown (North) on Madison, the men’s store is on the left, women’s store is on the right. The new store on Madison set to open some time next year will combine men’s and women’s departments in one building.

Not sure is it cultural thing but I like to browse on my own first and then reach out to SA if I need any help. I find it offputting that someone is there wathing my every step and asking at all different departments what they can do for you  I would be thinking that please leave me alone until I want some help
Same here lol

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right thread to ask. I saw a Hermes ongoing construction inside Roosevelt Field Mall in Long Island, NY.
Opening date is on Spring 2022. Anyone knows if it will be a regular leather and home goods boutique or just a small store that only sells perfume and scarf just like the one in WTC?

Really? That’s surprising, seeing as how the Americana Boutique is so close by. Where specifically did you see this? By Neiman’s? I’ll look into it.
