Thanks, that's what I plan on doing! I just hope I see a K 28 or B30 soon, I feel like a woman on a mission. I really want a Kelly or another B in my collection. For the wallet I was thinking fo the Bearn compact. Anyway I had a lovely time in the store, when I was seeing my Sa's card, it said sales supervisor so hopefully she can make some magic happen.

My SA is a supervisor, and I don't think it hurts! Lots of good H vibes your way! Hope you get the next bag of your dreams

Ladies planning to travel to Miami
Just a question if I am willing to drop 10k on non leather goods
What is my chance to get offered a bag?
I am not a local but I do have history in H US

I visited Miami a week ago and of course I couldn’t miss Design District and Hermés boutique:smile:they had nothing from my list and I asked about b/k/c and nothing. SA asked if I have a purchase history in their shop and I had none as well as I wasn’t a local. He advised me to try my luck in my local shop.

I was just there this morning and my SA showed me a 32 Kelly Sellier in gold with gold hardware that I was told was not claimed for anyone yet. But, that was right when they opened at 11, that I went to purchase myself a few Mother's Day goodies. Everything else they had as far as Kellys and Birkins apparently had all been spoken for.

I was there two weeks ago and saw someone purchase a black Constance, Lindy and black mini evie. Also, someone was really lucky and bought an exotic Kelly and Constance. I also think there were two Evelyn's purchased as well during the time I was there. I picked up a mini Evelyn in Rose Extreme along with a twilly for myself. I am going back today and will let you know what I see.

Oh, my! That would have been a very good day to have been in the Miami boutique! We are eager to hear your report later today. Bonne chance!

Good morning everyone. I went to Miami yesterday around noon. It was busy!! From what I was told this is a very busy weekend for retail and they were right. The streets were bustling....I saw many silks and bracelets being purchased on the second floor. Up on the third it was a little less busy. The boutique received many Herbags and Toolbox, abundance of Halzan and Bolides...Stunning exotic clutches as well. I was shown a blue brighton pico with the different strap (very cool) and a blue brighton c24. I was there to pick up a mini evie in gris perle and a twilly. While picking out the twilly my eye caught a blue brighton bracelet that quickly hopped onto my wrist.
I think their inventory had some exotics in the back as well though not being shown.

Hello. I don't really post as I only look at the forum when trying to purchase something for my wife.
Got off of work today and went to design district to see if I could hopefully buy a B30 for her or even put my name on a list to get one.
Was greeted at the door after walking in, made my intentions known and was told to go to the 3rd floor to see if I could find out more info but there would unlikely be anything.
Got to the 3rd floor and saw a SA in the corner and introduced myself. Told me there was nothing. She asked if I lived in the area which I do and she took down my cell phone number. Didn't seem promising to be honest though. Anything else I could possibly do or you'd recommend? Thanks in advance.

Hi there! welcome to TPF!
There are quite a number of dedicated threads on how to buy a birkin so you may want to do a search to learn more details on purchasing a birkin. The shortest answer would be, explore more about the brand as a whole. Visit the boutique and build a relationship by chatting with an SA you click with to learn more about the products, discover which other items besides a birkin might interest you or your wife and make smaller purchases along the way. As a business, they thrive on customer loyalty and repeat business across the different departments and product lines. In most boutiques, it will take some time to build a relationship, Miami is no different.
If you know for certain that you are only interested in obtaining a birkin, and nothing else from H, it might be faster, easier for you to purchase a B from a reseller. Good luck on your quest!

Thanks for the reply.

I've read through alot of those posts some time ago and am familiar with the unwritten "rules" of Hermes.
I guess, if not more than anything, my post was more a declaration of disappointment for my first trip there - although I guess not unexpected.
Aside from maybe a belt for myself, their bags have been the only items of interest to my wife which makes it hard to build that loyalty aspect unfortunately. Would definitely return back for more bags in the future but getting the first seems so difficult.
Thanks again for your input, have a great day.
