Wow thanks! Should I tell Jackie "Suzie" referred me? Do you know if they sell these B/K to tourists like myself too? I keep hearing they save them for locals so they can continue that buying relationship.
I think you need to develop some kind of relationship first. That's what I did when I first started shopping at the Miami store. My first bag was a jypsier in etoupe. I really love the brand and have made several purchases as I am new to the world of Hermes and I wanted everything at once. Patience is the key and having a wonderful sa like Jackie helps. Sure, use my name, say you met me on this forum, she'll know who you mean.

Any updates on this stores B/K inventory? I'm heading to Miami in June and would love to get something for my bday!

Though I can't comment about the inventory, I was just offered a Black B & bought it
The SA's are terrific. Very friendly & accommodating. If you want something current & not available at the store, they will try & usually be able to bring it in. No sales pressure.
I buy from a specific SA that knows & remembers my tastes

Sounds like a great store to visit! I hope I get lucky! Would love a grey-toned B30.

Hi everyone! I have been reading all posts about Hermes and I'm happy to report specifically my experience at Hermes Miami Design District.
I do not live in the US but in south America, so I called in advance to ask for a certain pair of shoes in my size which they did have and also did reserved for me. My trip to the US was a business trip so I only had time for my visit to Hermes right before heading to the airport.
Upon arriving, the original SA that answered my called was busy so another SA helped me out with the shoes, unfortunately it didnt work out and I end up with no shoes. The SA was helpful showing me other shoes and willing to order it from other stores but I was catching a flight in less than 3 hours, so I declined her offer for next time. She walked me out and while we were coming down the stairs she showed me some scarves & clic clacs which I bought after trying them all (she was very patient and showed me all colors and sizes). Lets just say I was in a hurry to catch a plane so I wasn't spending time on browsing meticulously but THEY ARE SO CUTE ON I couldnt resist.....
Here comes the best part.
While paying, she made small talks and apologized for not having my size and THEN OUT OF THE BLUE she offered me her business card so I can email her directly next time with 2 weeks in advance with "your wish list whether its shoes, bags, scarves, etc and I will gather them as much as possible so its ready for your next visit"!!!!

I will not read into the lines but I never asked her about bags, just shoes, nevertheless, her offer and business card got me very excited...... i will be traveling soon again, SHOULD I email her for my wish list? (Ofcourse I want B!)
What do you guys think?

This is a very good sign that you've connected with a lovely SA! Yes, I would send an email before your next visit, and let us know how things progress.

Hi Ladies! I'm going to Miami in november. Do you think a tourist can have a chance of getting b/k/c? Even if the price is higher in USA in comparison to Europe I still want to buy a bag if the opportunity arises:)

Today I started a relationship with an amazing SA at the design district even though this is my home boutique I had never purchased anything at the store until today. I called to ask about a Rodeo and it was put on hold by a nice SA. When I went to buy it the SA was busy, so I bought it with the other SA who was VERY nice and kind, I ended up buying a CDC and a Clic H also. She was lovely asked me what bags I wanted and I gave her a list either a K 28 in Blue or neutral or a B 30 Gold PHW. She told me if could take a few weeks or a couples of months but would keep me posted. Really liked her, and I told her I'd be back next moth for a new wallet. I am having a bit of buyers remorse on the Rodeo though, just thought it was so expensive for what it is.

Thanks, that's what I plan on doing! I just hope I see a K 28 or B30 soon, I feel like a woman on a mission. I really want a Kelly or another B in my collection. For the wallet I was thinking fo the Bearn compact. Anyway I had a lovely time in the store, when I was seeing my Sa's card, it said sales supervisor so hopefully she can make some magic happen.
@Coco.lover you can return the rodeo for a boutique credit, and use your credit toward your wallet next month. Rodeos are still popular, so don't feel badly. Just take it back and know it will make someone else very happy!
