Was in the Miami boutique this week.. their shelves are pretty full (Licol, herbag, jige, evies, bolide 1923, picos, a Rose Tyrien ostrich roulis and quite a few colors of the bags that look like a Constance). Perhaps more stock because of holiday season?

Saw a rouge de coeur calvi too (SS19); it’s a red with orange undertone.

Always love stopping in to see Jacqui too.. she’s the best!

Jacqui is the best...Always with a smile and a pleasure to speak with. She has helped me build a terrific collection.

Thank you, suziez. Yeah, there’s always lots going on during the fairs.
I like exotics :graucho: and am still on the lookout for a few key ‘raisin’ pieces to go with a little shiny Aubergine souvenir I got not too long ago...
If anyone sees a belt strap (H) or nice pair of flats (any brand), please let me know!

Hi guys,
Can you please recommend a dry cleaner to send my Twillaines to?
Anywhere you’ve send your Twillaines and they came out fine?
I called the Design Destrict H and they said they would send them to PARIS and it would take 7 to 9 months!!!
I can take them to a dry cleaner in NY in January as well, but I spilled some dressing in one of them and think the sooner I get it cleaned the better.

Bonjour @blondissima777! On several occasions I have taken Hermès carrés to the Miami boutique for professional cleaning and they have never sent them to Paris. Perhaps the SA you spoke with confused after-purchase care of silks with after-purchase care of leather goods. Try again. Ask for Cathy, their Silk Specialist. Let me know how it goes. If you cannot connect with her, PM me and I will assist you with another referral.

Hello all! Would anyone be willing to share their Hermès SA info for this store please? I Just moved here and need to get established. I Have purchase history at this location just have been dealing with unresponsive associates :(

Your chance of scoring a bag are very slim. The inventory is low but if you develop a relationship with a sa you might score at a later date. Good luck, the store is beautiful
