Absolutely! Just like with anything else, politely ask for assistance getting whatever you're interested in. If you have a good relationship with your SA and the store has stock (that matches your criteria), you shouldn't have any issues. Can we directly request KTG without making a purchase in the SLG section?

I would recommend letting them know you'd like to purchase several items - start with the list you mentioned above (scarves, belt, homeware, etc.). Afterwards, ask if they would be able to help you get a KTG/CTG. It's okay to say you're interested in either. To be honest, I'm as clumsy in the store as I am on forums. LOL.
I plan to buy two cashmere scarves, a satin bandana, a belt, and 6 plates. I'm planning to try the Sevres store because it's right around the corner from our apartment. Honestly, I haven't been to Paris in 3 years; the last time I went, I came back with cancer. During this time, I was busy with my treatment. I own B25 which non-registered on my name. I definitely plan to wear it that day, but I don't know which product to ask for help with first when entering the store and how to proceed afterwards.
Also do you have any idea can i ask KTG and CTG as the same time?
My boutique receives KTGs (I'm in the US) and they don't seem any more difficult to find than any other Hermes item these days lol!Are these still really hard to get in boutiques?
you can also find it at airportsAre these still really hard to get in boutiques?
Thank you! I have good relationship with my SA but was curious on available before asking hahaha. You know how it goes.My boutique receives KTGs (I'm in the US) and they don't seem any more difficult to find than any other Hermes item these days lol!
Agree with this. They typically keep them hidden away but are happy to sell them if someone requests one directly. My boutique receives KTGs (I'm in the US) and they don't seem any more difficult to find than any other Hermes item these days lol!
My recent encounter at the Serves store was lovely. I went there 3x during my visit to Paris last month. All 3 SLG SAs were friendly and all 3 went in the back to check for To Go Wallet for me. No prespend at that time, no game, I asked for it directly. There were none but one of the SA whom I purchased the Constance Elan with did let me know To Go Wallets are now 1 per 6 months. So if you are able to buy one and want another, will have to wait 6 months (or use someone else profile). To be honest, I'm as clumsy in the store as I am on forums. LOL.

KTG in rouge h box with ghw
Debating keeping it because I’m worried wearing the strap will eventually lift up the edges of the bag over time. (Had this same issue with Chanel WOC’s)
