Yep! I just got a picotin 18 last week and I believe they had a few different colours.

Thanks! I didn’t have to wait this time because she had what I was looking for in stock. But previously I had gotten a P18 (fall 2021ish) and it was maybe 2-3 months before I got one. I am also new to Hermes and just started buying last summer and the P18 was one of the first bags I asked for!
I’ve shopped years ago at the DT Hermes, but always just popped in and had a new SA every time. Recently I’ve shopped online, but I want to build an in person relationship again. I’m looking for a young, fun SA in Vancouver at the downtown location, anyone have any suggestions ?
Does the Vancouver boutique has any special events for Valentine's Day/Mother's Day and etc.? My friends in the US were invited to the V-day event at their local boutique the past weekend and got offered mini lindy and Constance 18 in pink colors.. I'm so happy for them and at the same time so jealous! Just curious if we have anything like that's here and if it's only for the vvips
I went to the store on Saturday (Feb 12) but I'm just a regular customer. The store was less busy than end of January and there's no special event. I saw ppl in the US receive roses or chocolates over the valentine weekend, but sadly not in Vancouver (or at least during my visit).
Hi all! I’m new to Hermes and wondering if anyone has seen any garden party 30’s lately at the Vancouver store? Does anyone know how difficult it is to get a garden party 30 in all leather? Thank you!!!

Hello! I am new to this. I am in a hunt of Picotin 18.I called the vancouver store last Oct and left a message. Someone called me back and left a voicemail saying that she would be happy to let me know if they get the item or I can just visit the store or cqll them after month to check.i tried doing that and checking the website to, but no luck. Since she said she will let me know, I expected but did not here from her. Last week I called the store and I was told they don’t have it available but I may drop by the store and they can pair me with an SA and I can give my wishlist. I went to the store yesterday, I was told that there is no such thing as wish list or wait list. So i got confused. I inquired further and they checked my information and they saw that it was noted that I was interested in the bag. So I asked for the contact info of the SA that I was in contact last October. He had given me the email of the SA. I emailed her and she responded quickly by calling me. She was telling me to visit the store often so I can build a relationship. I was also told that they only offer it to a loyal customer. I only shop there once, just bought a perfume. I just don’t like the way she talk to me. She was like, “don’t expect me to call you and inform you when we have that item while you’re just sitting there”. I undstand that they’re busy and I’m not a loyal customer since it is my first time buying bags from them. But that’s not how to treat customer. I was so embarrassed when she said that. I am checking the website everyday. I tried calling them as well. It’s not like I am not doing my part. Its just that I can go to the store often since I am from Richmond and due to conflict of work schedule.

Sorry to hear about your experience! I recently got the P18 and can share a bit about the process. Yes - it IS a process. Even though P’s are not quota bags, it’s not easy to get due to huge stock shortage. I think it’s important to note that SA’s don’t get much commission on bags and leather goods so these popular bags do get offered to loyal & frequent shoppers. My SA says she gets asked about this so many times a day and it‘s going to take a while for stock to come in. Unfortunately you do have to visit the store from time to time, build a relationship with an SA and always shop from the same SA. After 7 months, 4 visits and a handful of H goodies later ..my bag finally arrived.
From my experience, the picotin 18s are not quota bags but they SAs like to reward their loyal customers with such bags because they dont have much stock of it rather than offering it to walkins. I suggest you build a relationship with an SA and shop with them time to time. One thing I understood was SAs have limits on certain high demand bags (non quota) such as picotin 18. When I first got offered one, I was shown an Etoupe P22 and Black P18. It was the end of the month and my SA said if you choose to go for P22 you can walk out with it today however I need to wait to process P18 in the next couple days since she had reached their limit for the month. My understanding is they can only sell a limited # of certain items in a month and P22 is not a part of this deal. That being said, it is not an easy bag to be offered as a walk in, unfortunately you need to invest some time and money for them to reward you with some high demand products. Best of luck!
