Hi everyone, how long did you have to wait to get your first QB offer? I have reached over my pre spend. I have requested the b25. Also my SA has left the store, and I am assigned a new SA. Would this change anything ?

I think someone else could answer this better but from my experience:
1. Not AFAIK
2. Yes
3. I’m not sure if it’s changed but they haven’t offered it unless they can find stock in Canada stores because not all of h.com stock is in Canada (I could be wrong). If there is something specific you want though, let your SA know and they will keep you in mind if a store manager orders that item for the store
4. Yes, many SAs prefer not to and won’t offer it. I’ve had wallets and SLGs transferred before
5. They count, not sure about them being a less or better category, it may depend on SA

I was also told that they only offer it to a loyal customer. I only shop there once, just bought a perfume. I just don’t like the way she talk to me. She was like, “don’t expect me to call you and inform you when we have that item while you’re just sitting there”. I undstand that they’re busy and I’m not a loyal customer since it is my first time buying bags from them. But that’s not how to treat customer. I was so embarrassed when she said that. I am checking the website everyday. I tried calling them as well. It’s not like I am not doing my part. Its just that I can go to the store often since I am from Richmond and due to conflict of work schedule.
Apologize for the rant. I just need to let this out.
Anyone could please recommend a nice SA in Vancouver or should I just go to the store? Please let me know the best thing to do.

The Vancouver boutique is AWFUL. I had a dreadful experience with Rude-y the rude nosed SA…….I was horrified.
I go to Calgary Hermes. Amazing sales team, happy relaxed atmosphere, Rami and Eileen are both FANTASTIC to deal with.

Hello everyone, please can someone help me out with my question. I live in Regina Saskatchewan, we don’t have any Hermes stores here. Please how would you suggest I go about starting my Hermes journey? Can I be paired with an SA over the phone? What would you suggest I do? Im also a new immigrant as well, so I’m really confused about a lot of things. Thank you

I think in your case you would just need to make trips to one of the H store that you plan on beginning your journey with and build a relationship there - be it you visit Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal or Toronto as they have to be in person unfortunately. I know my SA gets lots of clients from provinces that do not have an H store and visits a few times a year.
