My SA just asked if I would be open to a KP for my next quota bag.
My SA said it is a QB bag... I ended up going for a B25 instead
Amazing!! I also wondered about a KP one day but since it’s a QB even in regular leathers… I think I will just hold out for my 25 size bag.
Thank you for sharing! I was told in the US it does not count as QB, I am quite surprised it is here. Good to know there is stock but not really willing to sacrifice my QB offer to to KP either! I would also stick to size 25s

You can ask the store manager to assign a new SA to you. Or you can find another one that suits your liking.
Hi, I'm looking for your advice. I went to the store last weekend and notice the store no longer have guest capacity.
I only started to shop there during the beginning of this year where I mention my SA's name to the person at the door, and then paired up with him. My question is, since everyone can just walk in now, what's the best way to still shop with the same SA? Should I still email/text him to ask when he's in store and approach him there? Thanks!

Email or text him, schedule your visit with the SA
You should schedule an appointment. I've seen walk-in clients waiting for my SA during my appt, and she told them to come back in a few hours because she is booked up. It's better that way so you don't feel rushed.

1. Does Vancouver boutique has an unspoken policy of not giving QB to any new customers (less than 6 months), regardless of spending amount?
2. Do wallets, Bastia, and Calvi count toward your QB spending history? What if they are in alligator or skin?
3. Can SAs order items from H.com so they can get the sales? I was told they could before, but not anymore. Has anyone done it since 2021? Might be new.
4. Can wallets and other SLGs be transferred from other boutiques? Is there an exception if the other boutique only had one left, and the managers won't approve such transfer?
5. Do fragrances and bath products count? Are they a good category for building your spending history?
