Hi guys, has anyone received any offers yet this year?

I am still waiting for my first QB and was wondering, how does your SA typically contact you if they are ready or preparing to offer you something? Is it via email or do they call you? Do they usually tell you its ready and to come in or if they are expecting something soon?

Hi all, I'm very new to this Hermes journey and I just went in to the store (for the 1st time) last weekend to connect with an SA and I got a few items that I truly love. The SA that I was paired with was so nice and he was able to take my information for a Picotin18 bag that I'm looking for.

I have a question on how to shop with this SA again in the future. I have his business card and I sent him a quick thank you email after my shopping. In the email I also asked him if it's ok if I contact him and have him again to help me when I come in to the store. I haven't receive a reply until today, which I understand because he can be busy.

Just wondering - is it typically OK to send a thank you email like that? I just don't want to come across as annoying, I just sent that email because I truly appreciate his customer service. And for my future visit, how do I know when he's in - can I call the store to ask when he's working? Or should I send him an email, or should I just walk into the store and ask for him?

Usually your SA would call you and let you know it's ready.

I would suggest making an appointment via email with your SA. Or at least inquire when he will be in the store. Next time you could ask for his phone number as texting is easier. Glad that you had a pleasant experience!

Thank you for the advice! I'll definitely ask for his number next time. I was afraid to be too straightforward at my first visit so I only asked for his business card.
 
Thank you for the feedback @tea4two . I am shopping at my home boutique, I'm considering changing SA but not sure if that means I need to rebuild my history towards a QB. Do you or does anyone know? Many thanks!
Should you decide to change your SA, your purchase history will remain the same. I've changed SAs a few times and did not encounter any problems. Prior to beginning a relationship with a new SA, I asked point blank if I had to rebuild my spend and the answer was always "Absolutely not". And of course it would probably be a wise if you keep track of your purchases so you know when you've reached quota especially if you have previously bought things with your former SA. HTH!

I have been waitlisted in Vancouver since September (which ppl say isn’t considered a long time) but I tried my luck while vacationing in Hawaii and scored one there on my first visit with no prespend.

She told me she may be getting something in soon and asked if I was interested. I told her I am interested of course as it sounds like it should be the color combo and size I was hoping for.

I’ve been so excited thinking about it but I don’t know what to expect? Does anyone’s SA call them if they are expecting something to come in soon? I had never really mentioned or talked about bags to her before but obviously it’s my dream, I just didn’t want to overwhelm her about it as I enjoy shopping there regardless, so maybe she was just calling to see if she should offer to me?

Since the call I’ve just been anticipating another call and getting a little over excited. I hope I don’t get let down!

I heard Hawaii is a great spot, congrats for getting a bag there! My husband and I are entertaining the idea of going to Hawaii too, so maybe this is a sign to book a ticket soon :D

Wow congratulations on the Pictoin! I’ve been waiting for a Picotin since July but my SA said there’s just no stock. I’m learning from other friends that because I’m so new, the wait will be that much longer.
