I tried Calgary when I was there.. spend 5k and asked about the bag.. they said they only give it to locals

Hey, yes they would have told me before hand as well but those items I wanted to buy anyways so I didn’t hesitate in buying Asking about a bag was just more of a curiosity lol

At Calgary location I don’t - I was just a walk-in but they took me in without an appointment. However they did say it’s appointment only but they would accommodate us

the store is appointment only, when you phone they will assign you an SA. They hired a new one, most likely you will get her unless she is off.

Does anyone know what’s happening with their front door? It says it’s broken but I have a hard time believing it since it’s been months! A reputable company can’t get a door fixed?
