Hermes in the DUTY FREE, airport list!

Yes, both T3 and T5 have Hermes boutiques. I transited through in December and it was the cheapest place to purchase Hermes...Even cheaper than France with VAT refund!

If you have a long layover you can utilize the personal shopping service and they can assist you with shopping at both terminals.

I have seen a plethora of bags including roulis, halzan, Evelyne, leather Garden party tpm, Jige, egee, double sens even Constance 24 and 18 but have not seen a Lindy the past three times I was at LHR. There's always goodies in the back just ask the SA if you get a good vibe with them and they will be willing to recite the inventory in the back.

Pricing example: 32 MM belt kit with gold Guilloche buckle and Epsom/Chamonix strap was $627.90 (when currency was converted) compared to the US price with sales tax of $952.60.

All leather garden party was under $2,100.

God bless that duty free pricing and favorable exchange rate!

If they do have a constance at the airport, would it on display? or do you have to ask and the SA will answer according to if he/she likes you or not? thanks.

Both instances the Constances were in the back. There were maybe 3 or 4 bags on the shelf but after purchasing a small item (clic clacs, calvi) they were inclined to tell me what they had available. Don't think it's the purchase that opened the vault but rather the rapport we exchanged shopping for that item.

One thing to note is that these bags sit there for weeks, if not months. Maybe travelers shopped too much in the city already? I saw a certain bag in August and when I departed from Heathrow in December it was still there. Exact leather grain pattern. The men's bags probably don't move at all.

Thanks so much for all the useful information! I totally agree with you, it's so tempting with the exchange rate! I was checking the heathrow website and they seem to offer a reservation service. Guess it doesn't apply for Hermes?

Don't think you can use the Heathrow servicr to reserve products from the Hermes boutique but you can utilize the personal shopping service to go to both terminals and shop at both Hermes boutiques.
Although, I was told customers can call the duty free Hermes boutique 24 hours before departure to put things aside for them.

Hello guys :) I am making a trip to Europe soon. First stop, heathrow. Do u think I could purchase a bag before I enter to London? Or only when I leave? As the shops are at departure ya?

P/s: first time posting. Sorry If I didn't post properly or correctly!

No shopping upon arrival
Coz they need your departure boarding pass for verification

You can purchase when you leave but if you see something you like the Hermes shop can reserve an item for only 24 hours so you will have to call to inquire if it's still there a day before you will depart.

Does anyone know whether the stores at London's Heathrow T3 & T5 stock men's bags (Steve & Cabacity) ? Thanks

I have seen the Steve at both terminals.

Thks weN84 & Everlong. For various reasons , I'm travelling mainly out of T4 or T2 and only ever use T3 to catch a BA flight to Marseille. Can one buy on departure and collect upon returning to the UK? Need to travel to Switzerland soon so might choose BA iso Swiss.
I'm not sure if H participates in that. If you want to get the duty-free price, I don't think that's possible. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
