Hi ladies,

For the lovely ladies here who have visited H airport store at these cities please rank the most likely to the least likely place that a walk in might score a lindy

Copenhagen,Munich, frankfurt, amsterdam

And feel free to add any other airport in your rankings

Your suggestion would be much appreciated
Thanks :)

Is this from personal experience? When i shopped at hermes cdg airport, the prices are only 10% lower than H city price which means they follow h paris store refund tax rate (10%) instead of france tax refund rate which is 20%. I am afraid heathrow prices wont follow UK refund tax rate of 20%
Yes, this is personal experience and since I'm a UK resident, it was paid in £ and no conversion fee/misc fee that would result in less. You're welcome to call the stores (T3 and T5) to check VAT free vs EU prices (which is the same as regular boutiques.)

Hi when you say it was paid in gbp you mean you paid the purchase in gbp right? Not that you were paid the tax refund in gbp, since the airport price is already deducted with vat rate? So if lindy price is 4850 gbp in uk city store, it would be 4850-20%= 3880 gbp in heathrow stores? By the way do you think theyd be willing to tell if they have lindy in stock if i email them?

Thanks sorry for the many questions :) really appreciate your info

Yes, it was paid in £. To clarify, H in Heathrow prices are dependent on where your next destination is. If flying within EU, the price would be the same as regular boutiques. If flying outside EU, then the price is VAT free. Also, as I mentioned previously, it'll be the boutique price divided by 1.2 for VAT free price. (VAT 20% built in, so the boutique price is 120%)

I'm not sure if they would share what bags they have at Heathrow, but no harm in calling to ask. I've not tried, so I don't have personal experience to share on that front. HTH.

The most beautiful 2 small size natural barenia leather silk-in wallets (interior rouge and colourful) at Suvarnabhumi International airport last weekend.....kicking myself for not bringing it back home.....still haunted

Are prices in Amsterdam airport same as Paris or London?
Prices are in Euros, so same as in France, Germany, etc. That said, you'll be able to get VAT free price if your destination from Schipol is outside of EU. VAT free price is 10% less like France, if I'm not mistaken. (I made a purchase in 2014, don't recall exact %)

I was in the CDG Terminal 2 3 days ago, nice store but small. They had 2 SA that day, asian and russian. Saw a Evelyne Rouge H and Jypsiere some light color. Herbag was sold that day in morning. A lot of beautiful enamel bracelets and scarfs

I have been to munich and FRA and can recommend both stores.
I would say that stock in Munich is pretty good and I'm sure I have seen a lindy there before.
Also both airports have 2 stores in different parts of the airport.....so if you are lucky and have enough time you can visit both stores. Also the SA will call the other store and check for you if they maybe have an item in stock that you are looking for.
You can also call before you travel and ask what they have in stock ~ the SA in both airports were very friendly and helpful.....
