Does ur SA order the things available online for you?
My SA never offer so I decided to just order it myself, since I really like it I'm scared it'll be gone and not available anymore :lol:
I’m the same if I see something online I like (exclude bags) I will call my SA and give her the product code to check if she has it in store. So far has only been twillys except the tea time red one which I called another SA instead and ended up getting online then later on when I call up with this current SA she said she has it..ah I wished I got it from her instead but oh well…but so check with your SA just have the code ready. If they don’t maybe they can get it from another store?

I basically send her pictures of anything I'm interested in, and she'll see what she can do.

She has transferred items from another store before, and offered to order in odd items like books etc. Other times, I don't know how she makes it happen but she magically does. ‍ Of course not every single item I'll get but overall it's pretty good.

Hi there, I’m wondering whether anyone have experience exchanging a B/K/C?

I recently purchased a mini constance but was only told the specs without seeing it in real life due to the ongoing lockdown in Melbourne. Upon receiving it, I wasn’t a 100% sure on it and after some thoughts, decided that I wanted a different hardware color.

If anyone have experienced this before, could you please advise whether it’s alright to request for another color/specs?

Thank you!

Hello! How easy is it to score mini lindy from melbourne boutiques ? Or can customer service help ? Thanks

This might be a very late reply but hopefully still helps.
I've never contacted customer service but I doubt they can help.
My SA have hinted it before so I think it's most likely the same way getting any bags work.
I've recently seen one on display in the city, another customer was interested but it was not available for sale as per usual.

Out of curiosity, how did you go?
I've only returned accessories so far.

Hi Everyone
I’m newbie to the H journey. I was wondering do we have to spend 50k per year in order to be offer a B or K?
I dont have that much money to spend within a year but I am willing to spend 10k per year in order to accumulate my point and build a relationship with the SA but is that a possible way in order to get the offer? (I can wait a few years)
I dont live in Melb , which Melb store do you guy prefer? Chadstone or Collins?

Welcome to the H journey and I hope you enjoy it as much as many of us do!

I go to Collins and personally find the staff there are all very professional as well as friendly, I honestly cannot recommend them enough. I shop remotely often and they've always been happy to post me my purchases, no matter big or small.

To answer your question in short - most probably (need to spend 10k+). But as we all know there's no written rule, your purchase history is only one of many elements.

I'd say give it a try and see if the H journey is right for you.

Hi everyone. Just wondering if picotin is a hard to get item? I’m after the 18 size in gold and ghw. Or is the 22 size easier to get? Will I need to build up a spend to get it? I’m a sporadic H shopper and have just bought an item here and there throughout the years. I don’t really have an SA per se, just dealt with whoever was free when I was in the boutique. Would appreciate any advice thanks!

It's always easier / better off if you shop with the same SA, once you've found someone you get along with.

Otherwise I believe it's entirely dependent on stock availability.

P18 Gold ghw is something they'll make available online periodically so that's an alternative.

How to get a bag at Hermes Australia.

I used to work at Hermes as an SA in Melbourne until recently so I know exactly how to get a bag.

Pick one SA. Preferably someone new to the store because SA's who have been wth the company for awhile have a solid client list and will preference them first.

Birkin, Kelly, Mini Kelly, Constance $20,000 spend in one store with one SA.

Picotin, Roulis, Verrou, Bolide, Evelyn, Mini Evelyn $3,000 with one SA.

There are less bags and less stock because of COVID-19.

is It easier with one big ticket item (eg pave bangle) or smaller item (a few mid range jewellery pieces)
