Ordering online is a nightmare added with TNT as their delivery partner. It’s been 4 days and TNT still haven’t delivered my online order from Hermes. First they said it was a missed delivery, I was home all day. Then I rescheduled for next day but then it went MIA and finally they said it would arrive today but no sign.
Hermes truly doesn’t care about their customers, especially online. I know this is TNT to blame but by partnering with such a ****ty logistics partner they continue the terrible online shopping experience compounding from their awful website.
Argh. Rant over.

Hi there, may I ask which state/store did you get from? I have left my name and preferred combination and went to both of the stores my state has to ask and they have nothing g (I hope they are being honest). It’s only been a week (sure many people are same as me) so just tapping my fingers and waiting for THAT call. Wish I was as lucky as you. Website is so tricky! The closest I have been was last Friday, entered my cc details and couldn’t check out then I knew..my heart was racing then and premature happiness..sigh

They should be able to check for you if they have any pending order that’s coming to your local.
Omg really? I left my details and preference with the Brisbane store!! But was told no stock and have no idea how long it would take as they have received any and told me to try online which I did and of course missed out countless times you were so lucky my dear!! I even called yesterday but still nothing..would probably be a long wait! Thanks for the information though
They can’t say which exact date they’ll be getting, but they can still see what’s on pending order that they’ll be receiving tho

I always feel like getting bags from online is hopeless, because other people are super super quick to realise they have it in stock and just buy it within sec
Thanks for your advice. I just called the SA in Brisbane again and probe in the pending colours that are coming in as I never asked previously and she was wondering why I asked lol! She did tell me on some of the darker colours and maybe some pale (which I’m not keen). They haven’t received any for 2 months now (which maybe the time you got the black with GHW) and mention there’s a long wait too so fingers crossed (she told me not to get too exciter yet) that something may come up in the next few weeks. And yes online is just frustrating. It’s really FFF (fastest fingers first). Wish me luck my dear! Yeah sounds about right. I’ve bought it around end of July and that time when my SA called me she said she had SHW&GHW both in black.
Have you tried pacific fair? They might have some.
Because of Covid + the factory in France was closed for summer holidays so they had to cut some of the items they’re supposed to make. Maybe that’s why there’s not much available in the beginning

I just called again and left my name and they said they will get stock not sure when but I said I’m open to dark colours and that store normally gets the black or etoupe colours as that’s the range for their Evelyn 29 PM (which I’m not ready to splurge yet)haha it doesn’t hurt to ask which colour they’ll be getting and also you’ll have an idea which ones you’d be interested with

Yes due to Covid it has impacted so many things and so the factory was closed. So hopefully they get stock soon! My dream colour for the mini Evelyn is tomato red. But if a dark colour comes along I will definitely consider and GHW is preferred . It will be my first every Hermes bag (Chanel is too out of reach). Those resellers on insta with brand new bags have marked them up over $500 which I’m not willing to pay...so need to be patient..

After 3 calls! I got the good news! I was squealing!! And I just picked it up! Thank you for your support and advice! We are twinnsies! Thank you so much for the compliment! Yes it was much faster and glad I was persistent lol! I called 3 times in a week and managed to get the good news from another SA as the SA I was in touch with was off. Today she was with a client as well (with a special bag I believe) so another SA served me instead. Same as you from the Brisbane store cannot wait for the expansion of the store. Now I don’t have to stalk the website anymore. My first Hermes purchase Now to plan next purchase prob an accessory before price any price increase. I am so thankful to the SA and the team who have been so lovely as well. It’s still so surreal!! Now need to find a chance to use it.Oooh congratulations!!!

Hello, I have been wanting a Picotin 18 in Gold with GHW for years and have decidedly to take the plunge to get one recently. I have left my name and preference with an SA at the Collins St and Chaddy stores. Does anyone have any tips to boost my chances of actually getting one? Thank you
I went to ask about the picotin 18 in the cbd store today and was told the 18s there were all reserved. So I think probably since it’s popular and low stock in Melbourne you need a relationship with sales associate and some kind of spend.
They did offer me two picotin 22s though, there was etoupe with palladium hardware and black with gold hardware.

Does anyone know if they have a waitlist still / how long the waitlist would be?
Also - I believe it is around $12k for a Birkin 30 in Togo in the UK is that the same as Aus?
