I was told by an SA at H that it's best to stay loyal to one store.

That’s what I gathered as well. I’ve heard about people shopping in Hawaii under their SO’s name as a workaround.

My two cents, pick a store for large purchases and another for small items (beauty, clic clacs) if you REALLY want to shop at both locations. If you’re looking to be offered a quota bag an SA will usually prioritize the client that spends with them, rather than risk offering a bag, just to have the client disappear and shop solely at the second location.

This sounds like a good tip - thank you! At that point - I’d rather just stick to one store personally.

That wasn’t a joke. They were communicating honestly with you while trying not to seem too aggressive but still putting you on notice that loyalty is important and if you shop elsewhere it won’t go unnoticed. I also wouldn’t trust advice from the new store on this topic as they have nothing to lose and wouldn’t be bothered at all if you nuke your home store relationship. At the end of the day, the stores are all in competition with each other for bonuses and preferred product placement so loyalty is taken very seriously.

Thank you for this insight - this is exactly what I needed to hear! Been having trouble finding a clear answer from others’ posts so thought I’d ask. Appreciate this

I’ve been in Hawaii for a week now and continuously shopped at the flagship store since here. I hope to get my dream bags: mini Lindy and Birkin but no offer yet. I’m not sure how it works here to get the quota bag.

I am really appreciated if there is any tips. TIA!

My primary store - bellagio is where I have been hoping to build a relationship and hopefully get a bag but I went to Waikiki store and loved it.. This was about 2 weeks ago. They definitely had stock -loads of shoes , RTW, wallets-tons including KTG, afew other bags but I asked about a birkin and Kelly and was told supply is just low. I found the sweetest most genuine S.A& bought a matte black bracelet .My gut just tells me to shop with the Waikiki S.A but majority of my purchase is in Vegas . Help!

Sure! My spend was 1:1 and included fine jewelry. I do have a home store, but while here my DH create an account for shopping since he purchased some items himself (RTW) which were included in the 1:1 spend.
Beautiful bag! Congratulations, so happy for you!
I have a trip scheduled in December and I’m still looking for an SA. Do you mind sharing your SA’s contact information?
