I called to setup an appointment but both stores said no appointment needed..just walk in. Maybe its different if you have an SA.I'm going to Hawaii toward the end of December. They do walk-in at both stores. The line at Ala Moana was long last weekend. (probably becuz words on the street that it’s easier to get an offer there and less mind guessing game with SA).
I’ve never been. But I was thinking of trying my luck at the Waikiki store. From what I was reading people had more luck there? Let me know what you think?? I’m going this Sunday.
Looks like Honolulu is getting significant flooding today. Hope everyone (and the stores) are okay.
You should try both I just read on RED aka xhs that the SA at ala moana is more straightforward if you want a bkc. Good luck!! Let us know if you score anything.

Or alternatively, can someone share which SA to avoid, if any? From what I read, it seems the SAs in the Honolulu two stores are much friendlier?
