Went to the Waikiki store the day of the heavy rain and flood watch. What's a girl to do when it rains that hard in honolulu? The SA I met was lovely but stock was low. I did manage to get the avalon floor pillow that I have been waiting for at my local store, so that in itself was a score in my eyes. They didn't have any picotin 18 or 22, no evelyne, no rodeo the times I went. There was a craie bolide 31 and a red bolide 27 on display. I didn't ask about a quote bag and wasn't offered one either. from my personal experience, I have been to ala Moana 3x and all 3x the SAs seemed very standoffish and not friendly...I think if you are an international traveler they are more willing to help it seemed. I only go to Waikiki now
Is there an SA in Waikiki that you’d be willing to recommend? I am going next week, I’d appreciate a recommendation.
Had a great experience at Waikiki location. offered a So Black 18, Pegasus, bought some sandals, scarf and twilly.

Hey guys. My trip just came to an end. Had a great time at Hermes Waikiki. Very nice location and friendly SAs. I was offered a picotin 18 so black, gee gee bag charm, rodeo Pegasus and Constance 18 rose Sakura chèvre!!!! I was also offered a picotin 18 mauve sylvestre which I declined before being offered the so black. I also walked through the Ala moana location. The shoe selection was very different from Waikiki and also very friendly SAs. But I didn’t buy anything as my loyalty is now with Waikiki store.
Wow congrats. My cousin is in Waikiki right now and I asked her to go to Hermes to see if they have a Picotin 18 and rodeo charms for me. Were you looking for something specific when you went? Was anyone lucky in Hawaii? I was at Ala Mona yesterday and it was packed but really low inventory on everything. I picked up a belt and I asked if there’s been any bags and she said not to expect anything until after Jan 1. Not sure how accurate that is

I was able to buy a herbag in the waikiki branch on Dec 21. They had a couple more herbag and a white evelyne 29
The Ala Moana branch had a black evelyne 29
