I beg to differ, I think the Waikiki SAs are sooooo so nice. Its the only store Ive been to where I can crack a joke with other SAs in the store (not just mine). Way more warm and friendly than the store more local to me
My friends also like Ala Moana though. Maybe you can visit both and see if you find someone you click with!
Hi everyone! For anyone who’s recently gone to the flagship Waikiki location, I was curious to know just how busy they are - say on a weekday?
I plan on going early September (hopefully we don’t shut back down with this delta variant ). Was curious to know if I should make an appointment instead of walking-in on a weekday? Also, if anyone has any recommendations for an SA? I’d love an SA who’s easy going & not pushy. My last SA at my local boutique would say things when I asked for smaller bags, she’d make comments like “men shouldn’t wear small bags” etc so it made me feel uncomfortable alot. What can I say, I’m a guy who loves anything H and it’s women’s bags too
I’m hoping inventory improves by then as someone just said inventory has been low, even my local store was out of a lot of things end of July.

That's very sad. I'm going to hawaii near the end of Feb next year, I hope I have a chance to score a Birkin or Kelly.Same. I’m in Hawaii right now and only in Oahu for a very limited time before leaving to island hop. I tried to make an appointment to purchase some fine jewelry and give my quota bag wishlist. They told me not to bother even coming into the store Bc they have no inventory and I absolutely won’t get a quota offer, regardless how much other inventory I purchase. Rather disappointingand odd they’d turn away a fine jewelry purchase.
Just got back from HI. There were lines outside the stores at both Waikiki and Ala Moana locations. The first visit to each location I didn't want to stand in line (both on weekend). Finally we went on a weekday and while there was still a line, it was only about 20 mins wait. I wasn't looking for anything particular but thought I try my luck for a b/k as a milestone birthday gift with no expectation. They didn't have the regular items I'm looking for in stock but got a pretty pink new style scarf (Grand Theatre Nouveau 90) and left the store. However, at the end of the day my special H fairy called me and offered me a Constance 18 in 5p color (pink/bubblegum pink) with palladium hardware. It was truly special and unexpected and made this birthday trip even more memorable.
