Hi guys, im wondering hows the situation in Hawaii? Is it really packed andc crowded? Do you think the store is well stocked? Thank you!!
Went to both Hermes locations in Waikiki and at Ala Moana last week. No appointments needed, although we had to wait about 20 minutes at the Waikiki store. Good customer service at both stores. In terms of stock, between the two I was able to find some rodeos I was looking for: PM so black touch, a PM in rose Mexico and an MM pegase rodeo. Got some ready to wear, shoes and some twillys that I haven’t seen at my regular store.

Today’s the best day! Walked in yesterday and bought a couple of items, angel SA told me to tell her the quota bags I want & see what she can do in the 2 weeks I’m in Hawaii. The literal next day I got a call, and I walked out with 28 Kelly Black&Gold Epsom Leather! Love everything I bought in Hawaii, and Ala Mona>>>>Waikiki. thanks for everyone who helped me!

Ala Moana H?

My good friend is heading to hawaii Hermes at the end of the this month and I was wondering if she would be able to obtain a mini lindy or Kelly ado easily? Thanks
I came back from Hawaii 1 week ago. There are way too many tourists in Hawaii this summer as people are not comfortable to travel abroad yet. You have to line up in order to get into the store and they don't have many stocks as they used to have. I inquired about mini Lindy and was told none of them are available. Being offered picotin seems to be a huge favor from SA already. I would say to your friend to keep the expectations low for this time. I hope things would get back to normal next year.

Awww thank you! Good to know! I’ll let her know but we were both kinda doubtful with the inventory in Hawaii.

Same. I’m in Hawaii right now and only in Oahu for a very limited time before leaving to island hop. I tried to make an appointment to purchase some fine jewelry and give my quota bag wishlist. They told me not to bother even coming into the store Bc they have no inventory and I absolutely won’t get a quota offer, regardless how much other inventory I purchase. Rather disappointing :crybaby: and odd they’d turn away a fine jewelry purchase.

Wow! Did they say this when you went to the store, or over the phone?

Currently in Hawaii as well. I had to wait in line about 20 minutes for both locations. SA in Waikiki told me the stock is pretty low, I wanted a pico or halzan and they had neither. But the SA in Ala Moana was nice enough to order me a space derby scarf they didn’t have.

A have a friend who just came back from Hawaii with a 20k spend and no bag (there were bags she could have gotten but not her desired spec so she passed). She is looking to make it into a long term relationship / regular travels to Hawaii so she still bought other stuff. She also said that there really is a lot more people than when she visited a while back and it looks like business is very good. Another friend was not able to get a P18 she wants. My personal guess is that stock definitely exists but there is always a possibility that they don’t have exactly what you are looking for / the most desirable stuff are reserved or spoken for as more people try to develop Hawaii into their “home” store.

The SA told me this over the phone. We went to the store anyways, since we had some spare time before dinner. I guess they were telling the truth about having low inventory. All the fine jewelry I desired was either sold out or didn’t fit. They also didn’t have any of the non-quota bags I was looking for (roulis, garden party 30, picotin)

the SA was very nice while I was browsing the store, but we ultimately didn’t make any purchases since the stock was quite limited.

I was only in Honolulu Saturday and Sunday. The SA did say they don’t get shipments over the weekend, and it could become replenished Monday, but our flight left the island before the store even opened…

also, definitely make an appointment. Saturday I waited in like about 30 mins and didn’t make it in. Sunday we had and appointment. Walked right in.
