I can only speak for the Ala Moana store and I have not been back since the pandemic. My home store is on Rodeo Dr., but I was born in Hawaii and still have a home there and visit Ala Moana often. I tried to buy Hermie, the stuffed horse, for my daughter’s 10th birthday and an SA refused to sell me one! She told me to go to my home store to buy Hermie! What a shame. Sales tax in Hawaii is under 5% and in LA it is close to 10%, so I would have liked to establish a relationship in Hawaii. I guess Hawaii likes to cater to tourists rather than locals, although I have not lived ful-time in Hawaii since 1989.
You could use your family member's name to open a new account in Hawaii, and that account only for that store. It should be good.

Does anyone have a good SA in Ala Moana that they are willing to recommend please? I’m going on a birthday trip with my mom and would love to make a stop there! I don’t have any purchase history currently so I’m fine with shopping outside of the mainland for my first time.

Also, anyone have any insight on their jewelry stock? Do they tend to have pieces in store? TIA!!

Hard to say about stocks as they could get shipments daily or so. But if ur size is more on M or L on rings or bracelets probably they have more available. Popular items go fast as well Finesse, Kelly, etc.

Hi, thinking of visiting Hawaii in a few months. Interested in getting some rtw and hopefully score b as well. Do they carry decent amount of coat/jackets? I’ve always been interested in their cashmere rtw but not sure if they have a lot of that in Hawaii due to warm weather… or is fine jewelry the way to go? I’m willing to spend 1:1 to get a bag but hoping to get something I know I will love and use in the process. Thanks in advance!

I visited the Waikiki store a few days ago. Did not see a lot of coats/ jackets on the racks, but the inventory at the store was great. Maybe you can prepare a list of items you are interested in and just ask them. They seem to have a wide selection of fine jewelry in stock, so definitely check it out if that is something you are interested in. Note that you should buy things you like though, as there is no guarantee that you will be offered a B or K if you buy RTW or fine jewelry -- it is a gamble. The store was very crowded every day when I was there, and I guess many people were willing to spend lots of money to get a B or K :)

I really enjoyed my experience at the Royal Hawaiian Center location. The SA there was really pleasant and easy going. I got a pair of sandals and causally asked for Rodeo charms in the PM size. She brought out three boxes, 2 opened and one still in wrap. One in Rose Mexico, another Rodeo touch in pink and red. The unopened box was a noir touch and I said yes immediately. Even though I swore off Rodeos because they’re way too expensive for what it is and l tend to not like charms, but the all black touch was special.

Hi guys, im wondering hows the situation in Hawaii? Is it really packed andc crowded? Do you think the store is well stocked? Thank you!!
I was there 2 weeks ago. Yes it was packed and crowded. There’s a long line for everything even restaurants. If you plan to go H, better to call and make appointment. Walk ins can be turned down, or long wait in line outside just depending on SA availability. I saw lines at LV, Chanel too. H store is stocked but just depending on what ur looking for. Homewares need to be ordered that I know for sure.
