I visited Waikiki H few weeks ago. My SA simply said anemone Kelly is the only pretty bag I would like from their stock, lol. They also had rose extreme K28 and C18. SA said I should think about C but I rarely use C18s I already own, so just came home with anemone. I also had no room in luggage, as I was to carry a hat box.

Renovated store looks quite nice. Even though it's in the same old spot, it feels more exposed with more natural light, I guess with added height and more windows that came with it. There are many entrances/exits, so getting to it from the mall whatever floor you are in is easy. They also put in an elevator so it's great for family with a stroller or just lazy bum like me. I think my SA said they now have over 40 employees. This location always had the friendliest employees of all Hs I've been to. Not just SAs but the managers as well. I haven't met anyone I did not like.

I will be visiting Hawaii in January. Would there be any chance of walking in and getting a B30? I don’t have a H purchase history but would be willing to buy if a bag is possible, I have not purchased anything from my home store (Beverly Hills) as I have heard there must be a significant spending history and most desirable bags go to VIPs and celebrities. I just turned down a B30 in Paris because it was not my ideal combo and I’m hoping for expert input to help me strategize. Thank you!

I’ve heard walk in’s are possible in Hawaii stores and the staff are very nice there. The new store in Waikiki is large and gorgeous.

Also Honolulu airport had bags. They had 2 c in stock. No purchase history needed just ask. One thing to note is that all purchases are picked up your at the gate. They are unable to tell you what time the delivery will occur however so purchase at your own risk. We thought it was a bit risky the price you pay for a c. Also for our flight the pick up point was in area after boarding prior to entering the plane

Hello all! I will be visiting Oahu next month and I'm excited to check out the H stores - any preference for one over the other? Not sure if I can get to the airport location since I'm flying out of terminal 1? I'll probably mention my travels to my SA and see if she can make any magic happen. I'd be most thrilled if I can somehow nab a Kelly Pochette as this seems to be a unicorn at my home store, but hopefully I find some pretty souvenirs

I was at the Waikiki store, I purchased GP and wanted some houseware and shoes but was not available. He brought out a rodeo and twilly but I wasn’t interested. He then hinted if I spend more there might be a B or K in the back.
I was so disappointed with his tactic, I left.
