As a non-local customer, I've been placing orders through my SA to establish some purchasing history ahead of my occasional visits to Hawaii. This approach allows me to avoid making substantial spending upon actual visits to the store. Given that I can only make it to Hawaii once or twice a year at most, I'm aiming to secure a quota bag during my upcoming visit. Since I have a specific bag in mind this time, I'm unsure about when I should inform my SA about my wishlist (if then, how long before?) or if I should simply hope for the best. I'm curious to learn more about the process for out-of-state clients to obtain the exact bag they desire. For context, I successfully got a quota bag from this SA last year, which was not the exact one wished but somewhat close.

So I just started working with a new SA I found at Ala Moana. She seems genuine and we connected during my shopping trip. She did ask me for my wishlist after checking out and later the day I texted her I’m hoping for a B25 somewhere down the line. Do you think this is too aggressive or being honest is good. Mind you, I only purchased a rodeo and a pair of oasis this time.
Typically a QB offer require return visits, so if you’re after a B25 it will have to wait till next visit. However you could potentially ask for any non-QB as part of the relationship building, and see what your SA is able to do for you this time

It’s a business and you need to buy to get. With any luxury brand you need loyalty, not a cheap date but a long marriage with commitment and time.

Just came back from Honolulu
Very cold response in both stores “ we don’t have any stock” after buying 3 shoes
In Ala Moana The shoe department was not nice, with old tried on shoes blocking the mirror

I asked my SA to move them, and she told me to move to another mirror, and made no attempt to clear up the mess

In Waikiki, I wanted to try on the display Evelyne, but was told that is only for display
I nboth places, the SAs were standing on the side and I had to initiate conversation, they were very cold
