Just came back from Honolulu
Very cold response in both stores “ we don’t have any stock” after buying 3 shoes
In Ala Moana The shoe department was not nice, with old tried on shoes blocking the mirror

I asked my SA to move them, and she told me to move to another mirror, and made no attempt to clear up the mess

In Waikiki, I wanted to try on the display Evelyne, but was told that is only for display
I nboth places, the SAs were standing on the side and I had to initiate conversation, they were very cold
Honestly it’s such a hit and miss. I have been to both store numerous times and only this time did I have a decent shopping experience.

Agreed. But with any relationships, I need to know the other party is also going to commit and not ghost me.
I would not expect any sort of response or commitment after a few purchases like the rodeo and Oran transaction mentioned above. But, it goes both ways in the sense that if you found an SA you liked better, a few such purchases wouldn’t prevent you from moving on. JMO

I have only made a few purchases with my SA at Ala Moana (I’m local and just started my Hermes journey), and so far no bag, yet. I have a request in for a Picotin. I did read on the Hermes Reddit thread that a tourist was offered a Picotin at the Waikiki store today after a purchase!

I've read several comments that while visiting were offered pitcoin/mini-evenelyn after a few purchases (quite recent).
