How do you find the ambiance at Ala Moana? I haven't taken the time to go, but I've gone multiple times in Waikiki, and I find I'm turned off by the high traffic and SA's and clients scrambling around. Seemed a bit chaotic to my mind.

Yes, I haven’t heard many good stories out of Ala Moana. After 8k spend with my old SA and having them not text me back and be flaky I actually switched SAs and now have someone I actually enjoy visiting. I think if you are wanting to still continue the journey, go to Waikiki store and walk around and see if you find someone you connect/get a good feeling from. Was there yesterday and most of the SAs were very friendly and engaging with walk in customers.

I just rejected a B30 bright color Togo PHW. I was open to any color as long as it was Togo with GHW, but I’m now regretting not accepting the bag. Hoping the next offer will happen on the next trip, which I don’t know when I’ll return to Hawaii 😫

dont feel regretful- stick with what you set out for- GHW. I would guess that if you have a really good relationship with that SA, then perhaps you could ask them to keep you in mind if said bag becomes available with GHW?? now that they offered you a palladium HW, the conversation is out there and it should not be awkward to continue the discussion/offer further....then you could make a trip out of going back to pick up the bag :)

This comment makes me feel a bit better! Thank you! This would have been my first QB with her, so I hope our relationship is good enough and she’ll keep me in mind for future bags.
