Congratulations!! What was your prespend for this trip if you don’t mind me asking?
Prespend this trip alone wasn’t too much, maybe 4k. But total since April I’ve spent around 14k (only on things that I love and wear). I know I wasn’t the biggest spender this week so I think the saying really is true that it comes down to just luck/timing and SA relationship!

I will be traveling to Oahu the first week of December, and my husband and I are hoping to get an afternoon/early evening away from the keiki to explore Waikiki. May I trouble you for any recommendations for an SA we might chat with while there? Out of respect for your SA relationships and to manage expectations, please know this would likely be an introductory/exploratory visit into the world of Hermes for both my husband and I with a modest spend.
What days of the week are the slowest/most low key for Waikik?

I think you don't necessarily need a contact before hand. Everyone is super friendly and the vibe is chill at the Waikiki store. While wandering the store, I've always been approached by multiple SAs asking if I need help, haha. When that happens to you, just go from there. Or you can line up before opening time and be matched with the SA opening the door.
Sharing my not successful experience. My SA from Ala Moana store. Never offer me quota bag. Even I spend twice price ALREADY! I do not recommend that SA. Very playing games eager for more money and entitled. Not even right down the bag I want.
Local. I started my Hermes journey in Ala Moana without giving it much thought. It was a convenient destination for us. And SA was very cold and super snobby from the very beginning, well now I feel that I should’ve done more research and started with Waikiki.
