Can anyone who has been able to get offered a mini kelly at Waikiki share their approximate prespend? Being a flagship do they get more inventory of MKs than other locations?
I was offered mini Kelly last year without any spend, unfortunately I declined. I was very lucky to get the offer since it just came in according to the SA. So you never know … good luck

This year is particularly tough for Hermes Waikiki.

I have been working with a lovely SA since 2020, who has gotten me a C24, B25 and C18 in past years–all in neutral colors with rose gold hardware.

I was unable to get anything this 8-day visit, even though I have spent over $20k in fine jewelry, RTW and homeware since my last bag. This is the only US boutique I shop at, and I never buy any other bags or small leather goods.

I’ve been waiting since the first half of 2022 and have visited Waikiki three times since then for a week each time, but no luck.

Fortunately there’s a lot to enjoy in Hawaii and I plan to be a long-term Hermes client, but the wait has been long indeed.
I think that my case is about same with you. I’ve been working with my SA since 2021 and spent about 20k. My dream bag is B30 in neutral color but haven’t got any offer so far until now.

I’m not familiar with special orders and haven’t given it much thought because Im still pretty much new (barely 2 years in) but this past week I was told to start thinking about what I would choose if given the opportunity. open for interpretation and not holding my breath. does anyone know when they’re usually offered in Hawaii? And how long they give you to choose? Sounds fun but also daunting to choose colors or combos on the spot

Wow! May I know approximately how much is the overall pre spend/how many QB you've got?

We have all the info on the special orders thread so you should be able to make all your decisions before even talking to your SA again if you wanted to. Have fun!

I stopped counting  cause it’s really hard to fixate on it as a remote client. I visit when I can and most visits are family vacations with the exception of the first visits. Now that my SA is aware of my tastes and my husband’s.. RTW, shoes & etc are shipped to us or held if we are visiting soon. I would say though that I’m not a fine jewelry client. My husband loves Hermes RTW so I got lucky there. And I’m done with QBs for the year!

Hope all of your SO dreams come true! You’re giving me hope that maybe I’ll be offered one soon. We have similar journies!

Just went to Hermes in Kalakaua today.....by the Royal Hawaiian Center. Bought 1 item that is non-leather. SA was honest with me though that all leather items now are very hard to come by from the very start (didn't ask for any bags though..just that that was something she mentioned when I saw the H purse I was using in the store). I have to say though that everyone was pleasant and polite. Sales tax is 4.7120%..for anyone curious to know.
