bumping this thread, my SA promised me a quota bag by September. But no offer til now, otherwise whatever items I ask for, none are available and she never contacts me even if they do come in stock… otherwise she is kind patient and not pushy at all.. i guess just want to rant

Too much demand for everything and too few stocks coming in so there’s often nothing desirable to buy to build a profile. Had a similar experience but did get offered a QB in November. You can whatsapp them on the customer service line to check availability of items.

of course what I bought is good enough for quota bag, I come in times for things I genuinely want but never available. Chypres, oz mules, Kelly belt, farandole…

Hermes SM Abu Dhabi has officially ghosted me. The man refuses to answer any of my calls/texts and disappears from the store when I walk in LOL. Hermes Abu Dhabi is just so pathetic, my Canadian SA is amazing in comparison, at least she knows how to be a professional SA with proper customer service experience. In AD, nothings ever in stock, and even when you do buy random things, they treat you like garbage and it feels like no amount is ever enough to get even the more basic of bags.

Nah man, I'd rather shop from the Canadian store whenever I visit annually and be treated like a human than whatever Hermes Abu Dhabi is condoning.
