For @Pivoine66, @redheaddem, @Ashanti_Rose and others on the discussion of gris chine versus white versus oatmeal. I do think it is related to skin tone and eye color. I do very very well with gris chine, especially when it is mitigated with other colors and I do very well also with white and less well (though not impossible) with the oatmeal; and in the silk twill white is ok for me and anything too "creme" or "vanille" is not. @redheaddem, I did not find my perfect love for a true fall colored scarf this season either. I am hoping to see something with burgundy, warm reds and other harvest colors in the future. I feel I am missing something like that. Have you considered the beautiful cinnamon colored Zoaves et Dragons bandana shawl? I think it would be so glorious with your coloring...Oh, wait, we were supposed to be discussing how many angels can dance on the head of a pin? Sorry, sorry, I will get back on track in a second... :winkiss: :giggle:

Editing to add: It may be different when it is the background color versus a two tone design like this Three Graces? To stay on topic I post this by comparison to Dressage Tressage (06) that @SilkCouture included above...

You look lovely - as always, dear LKBNOLA.
And IMO you are absolutely right. E.G. Re skin tone: it's often been the case that I've seen a great model shot of someone here, run into the boutique - and on me - meh! (e.g. Acte III in the naturel caramel colour. If the background had been off-white - my scarf! As it is - didn't work on me at all :crybaby:. And I would have loved to have this CW, it was absolutely my cup of tea! ).

I’m currently at the store and stumbled upon this. I’m convinced the blue is definitely my colorway, but seeing the green that everyone’s been talking about is giving me a serious case of FOMO.

I think green has more interesting color combination (I am surprised as I really thought I would love the blue). Maybe it is the color of the jacket but I would take green as the top choice.

Ooh, they both look wonderful on you. The green is playing much more happily with the orange jacket, which may be adding to the influence. From these pics it has the edge, in my opinion, though I recall you have lots of navy and neutral blues and whites in your wardrobe, which would pair effortlessly with the monochromatic blue CW.
I don’t think you can go wrong with either. Is both an option? 🤣

@redheaddem Thank you for tagging me! I’ve been eager to see the model shots. I’m sorry that you don’t love it. Tough decision, but I’m leaning towards liking the 03 better because of its white background. The colors on the 01 are very attractive, but I’m not a huge fan of the beige/natural background I added my photos for comparison.

It’s a difficult choice since they are all beautiful and drape wonderfully. I added @LKBNOLA 09 and 06 for those still interested in this CSGM.

Thank you for this collage!!! It is very helpful. I’d started to consider 01 based on the website mod shot and it looks similar and so lovely on you. Would you say the red leans pink? Do you have more mod shots by chance?
