I tried to call FedEx, but theyre overloaded and not taking calls at this time. I did contact Hermes, hopefully they’re able to catch it before it goes back to them. I’m waiting on a Kelly ToGo, i know if my order gets canceled, it’ll be hard to come across another one

I've had similar shipping delays. I've had items located just a city away scheduled for delivery later in the day that fall off tracking. Sometimes they load the item on the wrong truck due to a scanning error and it is sent to the wrong hub. They usually catch the mistake when unloading and ship it back to you. I know the delay is frustrating, especially when it was so close!

Nice colours. I'm holding out for the all black Herbag zip. I thought I saw one the other day but turns out it was the backpack style and not even the 2 in 1 version. I'm a bit worried that there won't be any more all black versions available anytime soon as we are in the summer season so only bright colours will come up.

I wish that was it, but for some reason it is being shipped back to hermes in NY, i still couldn’t get through to fedex, but i did call Hermes, and they are trying to get deliver to me. Hopefully they catch it before it gets to NY, its already in WY.

Hi, this is my first time to order a H wallet from its France website to ship to a UK self storage address, and then forward freight to my home country. May I know is there any packaging like a plastic foil bag outside the white carbon box? As I’m a bit worrying about lost in transit issue.

I saw those backpacks too! I don’t think backpacks suit me, I look like Dora the Explorer!

Don’t worry, the colour will come up soon - I guess they just produce more seasonal colours compared to “classics” or neutrals in general but it should still be available during Summer season!

Funny enough I saw the exact bag I wanted on the website today and nearly pooped my pants. I could add to cart but couldn't check out as it was out of stock. It's still up there on the site taunting me. Why is the website so poor?

Lol honestly I have no idea. You’d think they could afford a better programmer or something to make the inventory update quicker right?!

Hermes has restocked some items on the US site. Lipsticks are now available. The shopping bag charm is also available.
No lipstick case yet. Hope this order does not get cancelled. Second time I have tried for the lipsticks.

It seems items are flying off the website in record time the past few weeks. Things that used to languish for months online with barely any interest are being snapped up in minutes. Not sure if customers are suddenly panic buying H pieces online or resellers are actively trying to scoop up anything they might be able to sell for a profit. There seems to be a distinct uptick in the speed of items disappearing as well as the breadth of items being sold.

I agree, luckylove. While working I cannot guard the website easily, so when I do I see things they are already gone , but still lingering there. Frustrating, but at the same time very informative.
