Hi all!

from what i've read and gathered so far, the website isn't that great? lol

anyone know how long things stay on their website even if it's sold out? I've been refreshing like a madman every chance i get in hope to one day score a mini lindy on the website. I saw one yesterday, but of course it was gone already, but still showing on on their website. Today, I saw 2, but it was sold out and was on their website for 1+ hours still! I'm trying to gauge or see the time items get added on their website, but since it kind of lingers for hours even when it's clearly no available, I was wondering why and if this is just another one of their glitches?

At one point of constantly refreshing, the "add to cart" button came back up, but obviously meant nothing because the item couldn't even be added to the cart :sad:

scoring rare items on their website is honestly like winning the lottery...one can only hope lol
Canadian site? I saw it too! i seriously think the SA are online buying it and sending it to their store and then getting it return and then offering it to their clients.

It seems to be pretty random how long out of stock items are kept on the website. The popular items sell out pretty quickly after they are listed online so one really has to be really luck, or fast! Good luck!

I ordered a Herbag from the US site on May 7 and just received notification that its was shipped today. It'll take a week for it to get to me since I'm on the West coast so... close to a month! It's fine though, I don't have an urgent need since I'm still sheltering in place!

yes on the Canadian site! I honestly saw it at around 2:40ish MST and it's still there lol and I saw one yesterday too! Well I guess that just means there is hope...my SA told me there's like no hope for me because their waitlist is so long and they don't get many in often :(

I've noticed the UK site adds new things at completely random times but never on Saturdays or Sundays. One day loads of stuff appeared around 4pm, the other day 8am. It seems completely random

For anyone shopping on the UK site i've had things delivered within about 7 working days of ordering them at the moment
 
I received a shipping confirmation email last Saturday, but the tracking history is telling me that my order didn't get picked up by Fedex until like yesterday :annoyed:

So I waited for close to 3 weeks just for the warehouse to prepare the shipment...and I'll add another week for the actual shipping + delivery since I have a scheduled delivery for Jun 2...

Yay got shipping confimation today and my CC was charged again. Will get it next week sometime. I am just happy they really did have the item.
 
I need some info.
I have had my last two online orders cancelled and the email didn't say why.

Is there a purchase limit?
A limit for SLGs?
A limit on the number of orders in a time period?

I tried reading the terms and conditions online but they weren't very specific.
 
I cannot say for sure ( I've never had an expensive purchase on line) but it's not uncommon to get all the way to the end ( place in basket, fill out form etc. ) and have the item magically disappear. Whether it is because they only have 1 of the desired item in your desire color, or the website is occasionally cranky, this certainly happens. Probably not personal.
Also, check your credit card, as they may have denied an expensive purchase( although mine always calls and texts to verify first).
Hopefully, it will be back on line and you will be able to get what you want soon.

As always, my usual habit of stalking the website, the Canadian store had 7 Mini Lindies! Jumped on it, kept refreshing, eventually the order went through. Sad to say got a call immediately telling me that the item was never in stock and put on the website as a glitch. What a bummer :(

I checked out and paid! Then they called and said they dont have it!
