That’s how I got my first bag too.
Everything gets shipped UNBELIEVABLY fast. Usually within 2 days in my experience. Signature will be required at delivery. Everything is always packed to perfection.
You should be able to check your order under your account- you should know pretty quickly if it is processing or cancelled.

This is probably asked before and I’ve seen some solutions regarding how to get unblocked. I figured Hermes might be changing their protocols to deal with situations like this throughout the last year or so, so here’s my question again…

How do I get myself unblocked? :hrmm:

I’ve tried clearing cache and browsing data and restarting my laptop. Not working so far.

On the screenshot it says a bot on the same network. But I’ve only been using my laptop to log in for purchasing twilly or bracelets. Not sure how that bot got on to my network…

Any thought or suggestion is greatly appreciated and thank you in advance! ❤️

Just waiting a few hours without going to the site should work. Sometimes it takes up to a full day.

1) Have you tried connecting to a different network? This will tell you if it is network or device.
2) Have you tried a VPN?
 
Does anyone know how long it will take for confirmation for my bag to ship… I purchased my dream bag yesterday (Rose Azalee Bolide 25 PHE) and the website is still saying “pending payment”. I am worried it wont be fulfilled as I purchased another bag last month and I am worried I have gone over my quota??? Does anyone know if I can purchase two bags in two consecutive months or if there is a quota? If my bag is cancelled- how will they tell me? Thanks!

It happened to my orders when the status saying “pending payment” till the next day they cancelled mine. Yes, you can purchase 2 bags in 2 consecutive months.

I hope its not the case, but it sounds like your payment didn't go through and if that is the case you should get a cancellation status against that order in a few hours. Orders are usually approved on the same day depending on what time you placed the order. Eg if placed after 6pm you might not see it approved until the next day.

If you reached the purchase limit you should get cancellation within a few hours. They seem to have auto rules for that.
