About a month ago, i ordered mine online at 9:30am and they confirmed my order at 2pm.

If the only email that I received is "your order has been received and is being reviewed" and they already charged me, that's a good sign, right?

Does anyone know how long will H online take to review your order? I am nervous that the order will get cancelled 😰

I placed an online order this morning. My card was charged an hour later and I was just notified it shipped so about 8 hours total. I shop online a couple times a year and times may vary but always within 24 hours. And I’ve never been charged when an order was cancelled.

Update: it looks like even if they charge you, they will still cancel your order for unexplainable reasons

Sorry to hear that. As I posted earlier in this thread, this happened to me twice. I don't bother to try anymore.

I was trying to buy Chypre sandals online but my Apple Pay kept getting an error. So I told my hubby and gave up. Then he secretly tried buying it for me, and his attempt went through, and he screenshot his Confirmation email and texted it to me. I was so happy and I kept opening his email to wait for a shipping email (we both have access to each other’s emails). Then I get a shipping email in MY email. So I asked him if he used my email to purchase, he said he used his. So I go to my Apple Wallet and see that I was charged the sandals! He was too, and he got a shipping email later on. So does that mean I’m getting two of the same pair?

Lol you’re right. I guess my question is is it easy to return one pair? I’ve never done one online.

Hi, i have purchased a couple items on the webside and realized that i refreshed when paying for the bride a brac and purchased it twice. Do you think it will be a problem to return one? I’ve never returned an item online before- only exchanged shoes. Also today I bought a evelyne tpm online and received an email they are reviewing it. Is there a possibility to cancel it since i purchased a few items last few days?

If you only just ordered you can call customer service and request to cancel. I did this once when I accidentally double-ordered, and because I called so quickly they were able to cancel/correct it to one before it was shipped.
If not, you can return. I wouldn't want to make returns all the time, but one on occasion isn't a big deal.

I only buy from the H website (in the US - I hate shopping in my local store). I return regularly if something doesn't fit or it arrives and isn't what I expected. It is not a problem at all and they usually process the return quickly (except during the holidays when things seem to take longer).

Thank you for the answers. I have chosen store collection and they did the refund there and then, it was swift and smooth.
