Hi all, i reserved a bride a brac via “find in store” and did not opt for delivery. I will be going to the store to make payment and pick it up. May I know if the purchase counts to store profile or online profile?

I did the same once for a different item and my SA told me such reservations would go under my online profile but he can help me to check out under my in-store profile. I didn’t ask why (since it should be boutique stock) as I was in a hurry, better to confirm with your SA during checkout.
 
I just got banned from the site for trying to buy a bag. I slid the puzzle piece into place and it said I did it too fast or my network was too fast which is impossible because it is so slow. Is there anyway to get back on the site? It did have a little box where you could write them and I did do that. I have never sold anything and I am not a bot so I am confused. Thanks for any advice!

clear your cookies. This happens to everyone and often. It’s NBD and will clear itself within a few hours even if you do nothing.

I only buy from the H website (in the US - I hate shopping in my local store). I return regularly if something doesn't fit or it arrives and isn't what I expected. It is not a problem at all and they usually process the return quickly (except during the holidays when things seem to take longer).

When I called customer service to ask why, they said I’d purchased too many bags this year and so I hit the quota. I didn’t realize there was an online quota. The weirdest part was they told me the limit was 3, but I had purchased four bags. So, which was it?

I’m wondering if I have been flagged because I’ve returned several items? I’ll be honest - some were impulse buys I was just so happy to score online. In person, they weren’t what I wanted.

Do I need to set up a new profile to buy online again? And have I jeopardized myself in store?

They're telling you the truth. It's the bag purchase amounts, not your returns. Others have reported similar things happening when buying bags from the website. I don't know how the bag purchases online might impact your ability to buy bags in store, if at all, because I don't shop in store.
 
if a create a separate online account under my significant others name, will my SA/store not know about it? Esp if im going after bag drops :P if I happen to score one, I don’t want it to affect my in store profile. The only thing linking us would be the billing/shipping address. and the credit card number.

last night I placed an order for a bracelet. It was my first order I have placed online. I was not asked to create an account. I still haven't received a confirmation email for my purchase and didn't screenshot the confirmation # (who does that anymore) My c/c was charged (still pending) I emailed Hermes.com to ask about my purchase and that I was not given an opportunity to create an account and when I tried today, the website told me account already existed with my email but I'm unable to create a password! I have not yet received a reply to my inquiry online...
Does this sound strange or is this the world of Hermes.com -- to always leave you guessing and wondering!?

well i wrote this too soon. A bunch of emails just arrived in my Spam box from Hermes so all is good now!
 
Does anyone have issues logging into the Hermes website on the Chrome browser? I used to have no issues but now everytime I want to log in and enter my email it just refreshes and the email box is blank again. Have tried this over a few days and still doesn't work for me :(

My sister and I have different Hermes accounts but have the same shipping addresses. Yesterday we both bought kelly belts from the website (each of us bought one from her account).
A few hours later a Picotin 18 dropped and I was able to buy it, but 10 minutes later I received an email saying my order has been cancelled. When I contacted CS they said it was automatically canceled by their security system.
Today the exact same bag dropped on the website and I bought it again and same thing happened, minutes later my order got cancelled.
Can anyone advise me?
Are all my orders gonna be cancelled from know on?
Did they cancel because I bought the bag the same day I bought the belt?
Or maybe because my sister and I bought the same belt at the same with the same shipping address?
BTW the belt order didn’t get canceled, just the bag. IMG_2845.jpeg
