Ok so here it is! My first Hermes.com bag order! IMG_7116.jpeg

It is really pretty but SUPER SMALL as a tote! :shocked: Because of that, I think I found my reason to visit the local boutique lol.

Does anyone know if returning this will leave bad record or anything negative to get any H-product in the future? I’ve heard it’s possible to do exchanges but only items in the same or higher value. Not sure what that could be…

If you're going to return it, I highly recommend just sending it back to the online store and then starting fresh with an in person relationship if that's the move you want to take. Returns are never a good thing so I would avoid starting off with that first impression.

I'd return online, and then just tell the boutique you "tried on" a TPM Garden Party and it was too small (I'm assuming this is a TPM aka GP 30 :)). No reason to start a relationship with a return, but good to know what you want and have some knowledge to chat with an SA.

For bags I think it requires you to have a mininum of 2 day shipping now, anything under a certain price can be shipped with ground.

I noticed that today when I had a Evelyne PM in my cart then it got taken away as soon as I entered all my card info

But it’s kind of annoying…. I’ve been SO close to snagging a DC (my reason for stalking the site) and you would think the least they could do would be free shipping on a $6k+ bag!

I wonder if paid shipping discourages bots? Probably not, but I wondered. If a reseller can't push an item off, they will be out shipping. When shipping was free, they could advertise the merch and if it didn't sell, send it back with no issues/expense. I may be just thinking wishfully.
