Hello!
Does anyone know if you can pay with a credit card that doesn’t match the shipping and/or billing address will it will go through?
My country doesn’t have an Hermes store but I do have addresses in UK/FR/US with Aramex. Not sure if it’s worth playing the waiting game if it will end up declining my payment because it doesn’t match my shipping/billing address

Yes absolutely. It’s only the shipping address that needs to match the website, not the CC country of origin. I buy gifts for people all over the world using cards based in US or France. I even sometimes use my US CC to order items to my home in Paris ( did it a few days ago, item is already there).

If the address you're shipping to is a shipping forwarding company, the order will be canceled.

I was interviewed by Hermès years ago regarding use of their website. They told me that the US market for online sales is enormous, way above any other country, which accounts for why other sites seemingly have more products for sale than we do.
I think there are a lot of bots/resellers who buy from the US site. I see a lot of items that are briefly on the US website (because everything sells out in 15 minutes), turn up on reseller sites.

Hi guys, I got hermes geta bag in July. but after that I cannot order anything from Hermes website.
all my order cancel from hermes system. already tried to email customer service and they said they don't have authorization why my order got canceled. They said system automatically cancel my order.
do you think my account block from Hermes?

When I had a previous order cancelled, I emailed customer service and didn't get a response. A few days later, I called customer service. The person who picked up the phone was courteous and knowledgeable. If I was you, I'd call them.

First of all the restrictions are a protection for you, to stop your card being used fraudulently.
No doubt you have had scamming phone calls from 'bank/credit card security' informing you of charges having been made to your card.
At the card level:
The billing address you give should match the billing address for your card.
The delivery address can be different.
I have bought gifts online from H.com and had them delivered to a different address.
However that is in the same country.

If NEITHER the billing and delivery addresses match the card, I would be surprised if the transaction would be processed. That should be protection for you, the cardholder.

It is 1000% percent possible to order for delivery in the EU or the UK with a billing address in the US, and vice versa...I do both regularly. Bought a couple things last week on French site, while I was in the US, for delivery to France, and one item (watch strap) is already there.
I have also sent gifts to friends in the UK using a US CC, and items for myself to my UK hotel or a London store for collection when I arrive.

If Hermes knows it's a forwarder at the delivery address, would not be surprised if an order gets canceled, but normal transactions to either a residence, hotel, or store are fine.

TLDR: Delivery address needs to match website, CC does not. Of course the billing address has to match the card....that is required for any transaction, including domestic transactions, to go through

I’ve been blocked today after I refreshed the page once. But I have an ongoing order at the moment and would like to check the tracking info. Is my only option to call the customer service (don’t really want to waste my time sitting on the phone just to be told there is nothing they can do)?

The block will disappear on its own in a matter of hours. You can also clear your website cookies which should help.
