An aspiring online shopper here :) Canadian website rarely has any bags, so I was thinking of switching my hunt efforts to the US website and shipping to my friends in the US. Has anyone been successful in getting any non-QB online in the US? Any recommendations /observations on when bags become available? I am looking for either a canvas GP 30, Herbag 31, or a Picotin 18.

Also, does anyone know if a non-QB bought online in another country will delay your QB offer? I sense it should not, but thought to reconfirm :) TIA

And of course Hermes broke their website so that middle clicking or opening a product in a separate tab no longer works. They don't use standard web links, and are probably breaking accessibility for a ton of people.

No idea about whether buying non-QBs in another country will delay your QB offer. But this one just came up on the US website - not a favorite style of mine, but I’m sure it has many fans among H lovers, & the toile combo would (like the Wicker Basket PM also for sale on the US website right now) be nice for summer:

It's tedious now. First the bots, then they think you're a bot and now this. Shopping is not fun on their website ever.

Sometimes my purchase is "in preparation" for a few days before my order ships out especially order towards end of the week or close to popular holidays. Cancellation usually a lot faster like within 48 hours from my experience.

Has anyone had trouble purchasing on the website? I'm trying to store my credit card so that I can check out quicker when something I want pops up. However I can't even purchase a bar of soap with any of my cards, Visa or Amex. I have called customer service and they can't help me. I have called my credit card companies and they don't see any issues on their end. Am I blocked from purchasing on the website?

Is it possible that a pop-up blocker is turned on? Just a guess.

Has anyone else noticed that under Women/Scarves Shawls & Stoles/Silk Scarves & Accessories under Category there's is no longer a selection box to check for 90 scarves? Or is it just me? I have tried other on-line sites besides my home country & it seems to be the same. This was a time saver as it allowed me to just see the 90 silks alone if that Category box was selected.

You have to go to 'View All' and then it's there at the top banner1000104555.jpg

I'm just guessing about this, but on my computer there's a little box beside the web address when a pop up has been blocked. If I click the box, it opens the previously blocked box, and I can continue as usual. This is on a Mac. Since my transactions on H.com's checkout are directed to a bank verification page, this may be the problem. Hope you figure it out!
