Does anyone know what the limits are for website ordering? I tried to place an order for sandals and a bracelet and it was cancelled. Last order was in August. I am in a state without a store so have to rely on website.

I’m not aware of any limits for sandals and jewelry. I believe the limit is for bags only. Maybe they just don’t have the items in stock? You should call them and ask.

Yes I bought a Bearn card holder and Calvi in July, then had a few orders get cancelled in August for other SLG's and it didn't make sense that all of them were due to inventory issues so I called and was told about the limit. After that last month I was able to snag a rodeo and same thing - cancelled. Called again and was told the same thing by a different CS person. It resets on Jan 1 and July 1.
 
To update on my situation with the website - I was able to order the silver chaine d’ancre enchainee ring (which I finally found in my size!) and the order went through! The ring is beautiful, I’ve always wanted one but they never order smaller ring sizes at my boutique. So now I’m guessing there’s a one bag per person limit, at least on the UAE website, which caused my DC Elan orders to get canceled (I only bought one bag this year back in January).

So does that mean you can order one SLG from Jan 1 - June 30 and then a second from July 1 - Dec 31?
 
Why in the world is the H.com website so damn awful????!!!! Sorry, I haven't read through this thread yet--really just need to vent. I was FINALLY able to place an order today and was so shocked when it actually went through (I received a confirmation email) only to get another email a bit later notifying me that my order was canceled. No explanation or anything. SO FRUSTRATING!!!! :cursing::mad:
Also, does anyone know if you're able to place an order and ship to a different address (the billing and CC info. are the same--just mailing to a different address)? Wondering if that's the reason my order was canceled. CS could not provide an explanation.
