Sounds like they think you are a reseller. Have you ever had any returns or issues with customer service? Do you also shop in the store? Are your billing and shipping addresses the
My billing address differs from my shipping address, but this has never been an issue before. I successfully purchased a bag from them previously and have had no problems purchasing bags in other countries.

I frequently shop in Ireland, Milan, Paris, and London. If they suspect that I am a reseller, which I am not, how can I appeal or reverse their decision?

You cannot.

My only advice is to rectify the discrepancy between the addresses and try again.
 
There was a MASSIVE price glitch on the UAE website this morning. People noticed that the prices of shoes, belts, watches, scarves etc went down and Im talking massive as in Oran sandals were going for $166, Oasis $179, Kelly Pocket Belt $435, Twilly $57!!

Within hours there were videos on TikTok, posts on Snapchat, it went completely viral, items started selling out and then the website got shut down.

There were a lot of speculations, was it an error? Was the website hacked? It was just too good to be true.

A few calls with CS confirmed that it was a glitch. All orders from this morning are getting canceled and refunded.

Needless to say, those who had their orders go through at first are now very disappointed, myself included LOL! I had a feeling there was something wrong, I thought to myself this couldn’t possibly be a Valentine’s day sale 😄 But I decided to try and I actually managed to order the diamond mini Kelly watch for $3,675!! But of course I just got an email that its canceled.

I txted my SA and she knew about it, there must have been thousands of orders!
 
Coming soon tag added to Hermes website (currently on the UK website). Seems like a big restock of popular silver jewelry pieces is coming and I kinda like that the ‘available soon’ addition. There is also ‘Notify me’ button now.

Notify me … finally?!

Now if they would put all there collection online as reference… but no… that would make shopping too easy perhaps.
I actually think these "Coming Soon" tags are their approach to doing just that. Having seen "coming soon"s on the US site over the past couple months, it doesn't seem like those pieces actually ever show up and the entire listing eventually just disappears. Kind of like the in-store bag wall displays. There to look at, but not really there.
 
they have been « rolling out » this feature since some time with SLG for different colors etc… but if they would use it as catalogue don’t you think the RTW section would be the ideal place to just take the whole commercial and press lineup and put it up?
does it exist in another color ? Has it been produced ? Oh wait… that is for the UO thread… if you search for me…

Update: I submitted notify me request a week ago and received the back in stock email with the link to purchase today. However, when I clicked it I got blocked 😆 I haven’t browsed the website in a week so it’s nothing to do with excessive browsing.

Suddenly the webbside does not allow to order to the store in Stockholm anymore. During december it has always been like that, but now it seems to be permanent according to the answer from customer service. They recommended to collect the item either in Denmark, Germany or Poland (those were the options coming up when I clicked ”collect in store”). Ridiculous!
Furthermore FedEx is all the time postponing my delivery. It was due on 7.3. and got prolonged to 14.3. Meanwhile the app stated delivery as promised, but the parcel is still in Belgium…
Does anyone else have encountered the same problem with the ”order to store”?
 
Hello all the Hermes lovers, with or without a bag!!!
I have not been to an Hermes boutique for years because I find the experience unpleasant. You walk through the door and although the staff greet you nicely enough, you feel you are being judged by your appearance, clothes or shoes… you can say I don’t care but it is not like that at, say, Bergdorf Goodman, or Saks.
Then you have e to wait. And wait.
But you know the drill.
So, I have been shopping online! I choose two countries near me, and check their stock every 2 days.
Often the more covetable bags appear only in the afternoon, strangely about 4:30.
And you just act fast - click ‘add’ and pay!
I have found nice bags like the Jypsiere 28, Kelly Depeche 36 etc.
No attitude from sales staff, no queue and no stress. You must grab it when you see it because there must be hundreds of others trying at the same time.
The beauty is, you can return the bag within 30 days.
So this is the story - a HAC A dos PM in gold and cream canvas!!!
It is on the smaller side, compared to the GM, but it seems to be a good crossbody bag for phone, wallet keys and other small items.
It would be a great travel companion for passport and wallet too.
If you are patient and don’t mind waiting for the right colour / leather you will get something like that. Never Birkin / Kelly though.

Are you in the EU? As far as I know, there is no way for US customers to buy and receive delivery of Hermes pieces from another country's Hermes website. And it's always been like that.
 
Hi GiGi. Yes I am based in the EU. And I am aware of the delivery restrictions - I am lucky here, I can buy from any EU country and they will ship the bag to me.
The US site actually has way more choices than the EU. You have plenty of HAC a dos GM and PM, Lindy, Jypsiere (although only the mini)…
