Bumping this. I have a question on returns for items bought from H.com. I sent back a return a week ago to H.com Europe. For those of you who have returned to H.com Europe, how long before you get your refund back to your card? I sent back a NAP item at the same time and I have already received a refund on NAP already but I have not heard anything from H.com. The return service is a 2 day guaranteed service so the item should have reached H warehouse in Paris .
I returned an item back to H.com Europe on the 16th and received my refund on the 19th. Perhaps try calling CS?

Can you call them to ask? I did that here in the states and they let me know exactly when the credit would come through which was not immediate.

Thank you! I called their CS, They said they have received the item but it's still being processed by the CS team. And refund will be due shortly but didn't give a specific time frame. By this point it's past my last billing cycle so I have to pay and get it credit to the next cycle. The joy of H.com! :smile1:

I can't speak to the refund timeline in Europe, but in the US, it's usually around two weeks.
I have had it take a month, more than once.

I sent a package back via FedEx on the 6th Jan. Paris confirmed receipt on the 13th and processed the refund on the 14th. The money appeared back in my account on the 15th. So, all in probably about 7 days from when it arrived in Paris. NAP are great and this isn't that bad. Lululemon is a nightmare at 4 weeks and they think that is acceptable.

I only returned something to H.com Europe once, and it took 2/3 weeks before I got the refund back on my card.
