Does anyone know when Rose Gold will be available for CdC or other bracelets on the website? I am already seeing some on Ebay and have been told it should be in boutiques soon :graucho:

Some of the rose gold enamels have already shown up. So far, they have only been available in the yellow printed enamel colorways.

Tatersale in the mega-wide size is up now, but can't tell it's rose gold from photo:

I purchased the rose gold wide (1") Perspective Cavaliere and the narrow (0.5") Festival des Amazones online a few days ago. I'll post pix under appropriate threads when I have a chance.

Hello everyone. Forgive me if there is already a thread on this topic. If so could you please direct me. I started buying silks last fall and have quickly amazed a small but lovely collection. I live in the Mid South US and have to strictly buy through H.com. I don't have a SA that I can go to and honestly I have been less than impressed with the couple young ladies that have helped me over the phone. This past week I received the pink Marwari Dip Dye and as soon as I removed it from the box I saw the run. I immediately called H.com and the response I received was very aloof and made me feel like it was my fault. Of course I uploaded the required pictures to their "quality control" and have received an email with a FedEx label to return the scarf. I understand that damage can get by a shipper. What is the typical process? I am a hard working professional individual that doesn't have an endless supply of income to spend on luxury items. Every scarf counts. I hope my business counts.

GreenGoddess8 had some similar issue with their quality control for a couple of items, you might want to PM her. HTH!

Just send the scarf back using the prepaid label attached to it. Call FedEx and arrange a pick up. Then once the item is back to their warehouse, they will inspect it and issue you a refund. The turnaround time is approx 2 weeks based on people's experience here.

Hello!
while I have been reading this forum for quite a long time now, this is my very first post. I am very excited about taking the first step in this lovely community!

I wanted to report that something must have changed in the contract between Hermes.com and Fedex in the US very recently. I purchased a CS shawl online and when I tried to redirect the package to the closest Fedex location (I could not be home to wait for it) I was told by Fedex that I couldn't.

I called Hermes and the customer service rep who answered the phone said that she would have redirected the package for me. After talking to Fedex she told me that she could not ask for the package to be held at a Fedex location other than the distribution center, which is 25miles from my residence. She was mortified and she told me it was the first time it happened. She thought that the agreement with H.com and Fedex changed, because she had been able to redirect the package to Kinko/Fedex locations in the past without problem.

The distribution center is not only far, but it is only open from 7am to 8pm. Going to pick up my shawl turned out to be a severe pain, since we were also hit by bad weather. When I arrived at the Fedex distribution center, I had to go through the metal detector and security measures for the FedEx employees, and I had to get a visitor badge after showing my documents. It was certainly not the "luxury experience" I expect from Hermes, and the last time I buy online from them.

I hope this helps other tPFs :smile1:
