I wrote a note to hermes.com customer service complaining about how difficult I find navigating their new scarf section. Got a reply back that they'd pass the info along. I love shopping on line but this new section in hermes.com has turned me off completely.
 
I concur, impossible to even find a Cashmere shawl or Twilly ... A real waste of my life ... time!
Very frustrated, and they lost the sale. I wrote them also.... Grrrrrrrrrrr!
 
I thought people might be exaggerating about the revamped scarf section but man, what a huge and frustrating time waster. At least with the old site design, you could easily shop by size, by material, color or design. This is just too frustrating to even bother with.
 
I believe that they have been in the process of upgrading their warehouse inventory management system. Once that is completed, they can resume uploading any new items to the web site.

I hope it's worth the wait!

Once the warehouse receive the item, how long does it take for H to recognize the returned item and process the refund?

Hi, I'm curious if you ever received your refund? I returned something for the first time to H.com. I used their label and the tracking says they received my item almost 2 weeks ago, but I never got an email confirming they've received the item or that my return was being processed. Did you eventually get an email from them? Thanks..

I returned an item to them last month and phoned after they'd received it to find out how long until they would credit my card. The girl said it was a different department and she didn't know and was unable to give me an answer. It was almost two weeks after that call that the credit showed up on my card. They did not send me an e-mail confirmation.

Not the op but I too am having a hard time getting my refund for a shawl and belt that I returned 3 weeks ago. I finally called yesterday to ask about it. The rep said that refunds were taking longer because of the system update and that she would check on it and expedite my refund. It might help to call them.
 
They have also recently changed the way enamel bracelets appear. The scroll function works great on the iPad, not so great on a desk top.

What is most exciting is the new option of "rose gold" rims. No inventory showing for that yet, but, this season's enamels have been the best in many years.

I'm waiting for a refund as well and called yesterday. The customer service rep said it would take somewhere between 10-15 days to process a refund due to a new warehouse inventory system that was implemented last Thursday and Friday.
