It’s best to ask your SA. It may periodically show up in random bag drops but they get sold out in seconds. I asked my SA and they only had a handful of colors in store that I didn’t love so I’ve been waiting for a little bit now too.

Make sure you’re signed in when you look. If you’re in the US bag drops are typically around 11AM ET. Refresh constantly. Use Apple Pay. I say read this thread because this question is literally asked on every page.

I was able to check out Herbag 31 in rose, the others are sold out within less than a second ) this thread is so informative!!!

I missed the initial big drop but here’s what I caught with times in screenshots in EST. Small drops seemed to have continually occurred in the following hour or two after.

After constant refreshing this past week every day in hopes of a big Mother’s Day drop, I was able to successfully check out the Roulis 23! I initially tried apply pay but got the payment not made error message (as before despite being signed into my account), then tried adding to cart instead which actually was successfully added. Thinking bots or others using apply pay without hiccups would surely beat me, skeptically continued through the motions of inputting credit card information. To my surprise the manual transaction actually went through! Perhaps the initial attempt isn’t futile and somehow “saves” it against your profile, so don’t give up and try manual payment if by chance it’s successful as in my case.

lovely colors. Altho, if artisans have the time to make picotins, why cant they focus more on making the high-selling bags instead?

Hello All,
I am new to the Hermes world and wanted to start my collection now. Thanks to everyone for the advice and tips- they are very helpful! I was very lucky to be able to score a herbag 31 last week- I was stalking the website for months… I was able to purchase the bag using Apple Pay, it’s a lot faster!

I finally got my package today and it required a signature. It came with a one page receipt. However, the bag came in the orange box but was placed inside a brown box(outside box with the shipping label). I thought the orange box was placed inside a white box? Also, it was taped all around but one of the sides tape was cut… I was wondering if anyone had the same issues? Is it normal for them not to ship the orange box inside the white box? Also, the ribbon read “Hermes 2022”do they change their ribbons each year? I was just worried that it was opened during transit or something…

Hope everyone can score a bag, it’s always so hard!!!
