I heard the same response from my SA. They wouldn't order Petit H for me and told me I can directly order them online... I'm so confused...

It’s no big deal. If you want Petit H and your SA cannot get it, just order it directly online. Everything else, your SA should be able to get for you. It does not hurt when you make an appointment with your SA to find out if there are items you’ll need to get on your own. She’ll let you know what she can and can’t order.

I think with how things are in the boutiques at least for California, I was at my in store appointment when I placed my petit H order through my SA (this was last week).
I think these days from my experience, the SA’s are to focus on in store clients. So they may not be willing to place any or all orders from online when you’re not present physically.

So this is where circumstances may vary by store. My SA brings in what I want (from wherever he needs to get it) before my appointments. I have not ordered from H online in the store, and he has not asked me to do that.

After stalking the website ALL DAY for several weeks, I was able to score a Herbag!!!! I wasn't having any luck with my SA, and I could never successfully put in the cart, but it finally went through today! Hopefully they don't cancel :biggrin: Just had to share my excitement with this community.

It’s best to ask your SA. It may periodically show up in random bag drops but they get sold out in seconds. I asked my SA and they only had a handful of colors in store that I didn’t love so I’ve been waiting for a little bit now too.
