The plot thickens, as does my annoyance with H.com. Went to the boutique today to return the CDC and they refused to take back the bracelet, saying it should never have been sold without the plastic and the can't take it because they in turn can't sell it without the plastic. In fact, while I was in the checkout line, a girl came in and wanted to return an XL Clic Clac and because the plastic had been removed, they wouldn't take it back either.

You should probably just ship it back to H.com and get the credit from them and be done with it. Shipping isn't really that much in the end.

Hope you can ship it back to H.com and get a credit or sell it. Don't know why it has to be this hard with h.com. I got better customer service from cheap $10-$20 items off ebay or amazon.
 
H.com is doing a tune up on their site. Should be interesting to see what's different or what works better.

That is ridiculous! I have seen boutique items with and without plastic and I have also seen SA's re-shrink-wrap returned items. Do we now have to document step by step with date stamped photos as we open the silver package?
 
Unfortunately, I don't believe it is an option any longer. I have even called Fedex for re-routing of my h.com packages and they were unable to do so.

I made a purchase on H.com 2 wks ago and they were able to re-direct the pkg. they called at 7am to confirm delivery time and I asked for it to be re routed, I got my pkg at noon the same day. I was very impressed with fedex.

It says it's blue jean but it doesn't look like blue jean - looks more like blue izmir or blue de galice. Maybe it's just how it comes across in the photo.
Quite often I find that the site gets it wrong matching colour and/or leather descriptions to photos. (The EU/UK one anyway.) Haven't ever ordered one of those "wrong" ones so wouldn't know whether you get the bag in the picture or the bag in the words. :D

I am disappoint. I thought there was going to be some grand change to the website, but everything looks the same.
