Of the three materials is one of the materials more narrow fitting?
I am looking for a tighter fit. Wondering if I bought a full size smaller, if that would be a tighter fit?

Leather
Velour
Shearling
I think leather would be the most narrow fitting since it’s quite stiff and will stretch out less compared to suede. But the leather version is not narrow by any means. I got my true size in the leather and I have wide feet.

I tried on shearling with the suede H in my size at the boutique and it ran half size bigger. Full shearling might be different though.

Anyone have this denim version of the chypre? Curious as to how the denim holds up over time? Any stains, fraying, or discolouration?
I’ve had mine for over a year but mostly used them in the summertime. I just checked them now and didn’t notice any stains, discoloration, or fraying on the denim part.

I accidentally left them out in the pouring rain for a few hours once and so the leather part looks worse…

Thanks for the info! If you don't mind, could you share some photos of them after the rain?

I didn’t take any pics of how they looked like after the rain, but the leather discolored in some spots. After the sandals dried completely, the color went back to normal though.

Now, there are some parts that just became wrinkly (circled in the photo). I think they could be passed off as normal wear and tear though.

That shade is called vert jade on the website and I think the chypres only come in that one shade of green as far as I have seen, I definitely could be wrong!View attachment 5962717View attachment 5962720
I’ve just come to second this. The coloring is super confusing. My Chypres are Vert Jade which (to me) look exactly like Vert Fizz. (I purchased directly from the boutique.) Therefore it’s no wonder that all the reseller websites are labeling them Vert Fizz!

Thanks for the photo! Your chypres look great! I don’t even see any damage and the strap wrinkling is very minor. I’ll definitely ask my SA if she can get me a pair now that I know they don’t discolour

Love your Chypre sandals! I agree that the colour looks extremely similar to Vert Fizz, as I have some Vert Fizz items in Epsom leather too.

Just curious if the interior of the Vert Jade parts are also Epsom leather or regular calfskin? Meaning, does any Epsom leather actually touch your foot, or is the Epsom only on the exterior? TIA!!

In my experience full shearling is bigger than full leather.

Hi all! Just curious if anyone knows if the Chypre sandals came in a rainbow of colors? Like yellow, red, green? I found this pic on instagram and don’t know if they are real. I would love me some yellow ones. Or any bright color for that matter lol

They do. I don’t know if all of these are real but many are actually colorways.
