Thank you! I assured you it was accidental! I folded it into a triangle and made a knot on one end (the red knot). Tuck the opposite tail into that knot and pull (the green tail). Then rearrange.

I agree! Did you check the care booklet? The booklet for my Rock B25 has an interesting blurb about how the bag is based on a leather jacket. My casaque Kelly has a short blurb about the design being based off jockey silks from Hermes archives. Although I just checked the booklet for my other blue box bags and it was generic leather info, so I guess it varies. But yes I do love learning about the inspiration for these works of art!
I went back to my box to check and it was just the regular leather care guide in there with no story. 😩 Although, I will say I do find it funny that the care booklet came with its own dust bag. 😂
I feel like if they made a coffee book with all the various special edition bags and their stories it would be a hot commodity at the stores. Manifesting one day 🙏🏻 imagine if it also included a page or two with an homage to Jane Birkin and Grace Kelly? Then it would be a history book!
Had an absolutely wonderful visit to the boutique for my birthday yesterday! My husband contacted my SA and had it all arranged. She offered champagne, offered a mini bolide in chèvre limoncello and I came home with some thoughtful gifts (Nantucket Watch since he knew I’ve been wanting a bracelet watch I can wear to work conferences and a chaine d’ancre belt buckle since I really like that motif) from my husband and laduree cookies, a little fragrance ornament and some charms to hang on the tree from my SA.
I don’t have a wishlist so my SA prefaced the offer that she wasn’t sure I’d like the color but knew I loved heritage leathers so she thought I would like chèvre. Passed because the color wasn’t right for me and but I’m sure that cute little bag would make someone else ecstatic. I think my husband was a little sad for me that I didn’t get a bag. While I’m not at purse peace, the visit meant so much more to me than a bag, that he coordinated it all with my SA who also made a lovely thoughtful effort to make it special with the bag offer and little treats to take home. I think my love language is acts of service…but I won’t stress that too much to my husband either hahah. Thank you for letting me share!

Why do they bother having a website when they just block me for no reason? I'm not even looking at bags!!!!
I was in store once asking my SA about an item’s availability. They couldn’t find it using the search function on their iPad so I took out my phone to get the ref number from the website. Two clicks later… BLOCKED… so frustrating and all I could do was laugh. H and my SA lost a sale that day.
I was blocked on one device last week for (I think) scrolling too quickly. I saw decisive customer, they saw suspected bot 🙄
I know the feeling! I realized I also have to to do the puzzle thing very slowly. and definitely scroll VERY slowly!!
