I don’t know if I’m lucky or unlucky that my US SA isn’t asking me about things! I just sent out a bunch of business gifts and they were amazing about helping me choose, packing everything up, and getting it all sent (I didn’t go in, just charge-send). But no upselling! Maybe I spent enough 
It sounds like the holiday season isn't as busy as they'd hoped so far. I went in last week for a few things, no bags, got a bunch of holiday gifts (chocolates, ornaments, etc. etc.) and my SA telling me to pop in if I'm bored.
This is a very interesting contrast to what people are saying in the "Maintaining H Relationship" thread.It sounds like the holiday season isn't as busy as they'd hoped so far. Over there, people are saying SA's are super swamped on a daily basis (and even more so because of the holidays) and don't even have time to read/answer texts, much less help out clients.

Even during "slower times" SAs are still receiving a TON of texts, maybe less than peak but still more than they can comfortably read/reply to. They're still prioritizing their favorites. The general MO doesn't change much I think. [My guess is] if anything, they're probably prioritizing texting their top clients even more, since those are the ones they can count on to meaningfully boost their sales numbers.
